    ** Use them if you want your personal info at risk** I scheduled a quote and a technician was able to show up the next day. The technician called ahead asking if it was convenient to come earlier as he was ahead of schedule, which was nice. He arrived and was very quick. He looked outside at my roofline and inside in my attic. He generated the quote, emailed it to me and was on his way. Before he left, tho, he gave me a word of caution about another company I told him I received a quote from. Critter Control's quote was 2.5 times more than another company due to the fact that all my insulation would be removed and new installed. I was told by another company this is excessive for the little amount of bat droppings I had. The other company suggested I only needed to sanitize the impacted insulation. I'm honestly not sure who to trust. The on-site inspection and quote experience was fine; however 3 days later, I received a letter in the mail. Seemed odd since my quote was immediately emailed to me. And then I thought, maybe it is a thank you letter - that would be a nice touch. Nope. It was a receipt for someone else's work along w their certificate of guarantee. Cool.

We're an hour away, and I had been trying to get local chimney sweeps and masons to come deal with our house for years. I'd get an estimate, and then no one would follow up. Bone Dry showed up when they said they would, did what they said they would do, were respectful to my house, property, and people, and cleaned up after they left. We had three different crews come through to address each phase of the work, and everyone was professional, friendly, and communicative. There were a couple of small bumps, but they handled them professionally and quickly. I was, all in all, very pleased with their performance. I'm a building professional myself, and very much appreciate what they do. They're good people, and did a very good job for me. Pricing was reasonable '(this stuff is expensive - brace yourself, but these guys don't overcharge) I'd hire them again without a second thought.

    Have used them 3 times. Initially for a roof repair after straight line winds caused damage to our…read moreoriginal roof. Followed up a few years later by issues where moisture was entering our house through an access point and causing damage to our ceiling. They took partial blame for the situation and repaired things with partial charges. Most recently after a storm, they checked my roof and determined it was OK, but a rake board had come loose and the sales rep showed me a video verifying the need for repair. I consented. When they came to do the repair, it wound up being a simple 'nail back in place job', which was not what all I thought it would necessarily be. Combined with a single loose piece of siding that was also nailed back into place, I was charged $665 for a 10-15 minute job that required basically no materials. When I shared my concern that I felt the charge was excessive for the work performed, I was basically dismissed and charged the full amount. I realize I signed the contract, I simply didn't think the job warranted the full charge. I appreciate they got on a ladder and did work I wasn't comfortable or knowledgable enough to do, and felt a slightly lesser charge seemed to make sense for what they did. Guess I will look elsewhere for future jobs after the lack of understanding to work with me.

    These guys were sent out by my home warranty service, 2-10. The technician came out within a…read morecouple of days, which I was pretty happy with. He seemed knowledgeable and seemed to know exactly what he was doing. He talked about how expensive parts were for Trane units, yada yada yada, made it clear that they were going to move ahead with the repairs. I paid him $100 service fee. So far so good. After a few days, I check on my home warranty website and see that Dynasty still hadn't entered a diagnosis. That seemed odd, since they had already been out here and had made a diagnosis. I called Dynasty. Couldn't reach anyone. 2 weeks go by, and I still can't reach anyone at Dynasty after multiple attempts. Finally, I send them a message on their website, and I get a reply that "We don't work with your warranty service, and they know that." Hmmm. That's odd. If they don't work with them, why would they take the service request, send someone out, and take my $100? So I call back 2-10, and they say Dynasty told them they don't work with Trane units. That sounds pretty ridiculous, since Trane is one of the most common units out there, and this is, after all, a Heating & Cooling company. Whatever the case, they are lying about something and are completely unresponsive. Avoid these guys like the plague.
