Something has changed since last my review with this company…read more I wanted to update to echo the experience below with the patron who had a squirrel in his home. I used them for a raccoon incident two years ago-I had to ask them to come out and fix their work at that time-to their credit, they admitted their error and came out-the "barriers" put up had significant gaps. This most recent instance was very poor communication with the office staff-I was given an arrival time of 1051 am the night prior. I watched the tracker and could see my technician driving everywhere besides my home despite being listed as his intended location. I finally called them to ask what was going on because emergencies and delays happen, but I would appreciate some update. I was told he was on his way to me. I called again when it was clear he was parked at their office. Again, I was told that he was on his way to me. Their tracker continued to show he was 1 minute away from me for 30 minutes. It was not until 223 pm (30 minutes after clearly seeing he was at the office) that I received a text message from the technician (not even the office staff who said they would call back) stating he had a small personal emergency and would not be coming. Emergencies come up, but zero communication from the office from 1051 arrival time until 223 pm while continuing to be told he was on his way was not ideal. He rescheduled for the next day. I spoke to someone on the phone the night prior who told me they were adjusting his window of arrival to 845 am and apologized for the confusion. The tracker again showed he was "on his way" despite being at the office. I asked for an update but did not receive one-instead his arrival window changed without communication. I asked for a refund at this point. They apologized and agreed leaving me a voicemail and an email with this information. A few hours later, I realized the technician was walking around my home which made me panic and feel unsafe. I asked him to leave. I asked the office to again confirm everything was canceled-they apologized again.

Let me start by saying they did an average at best job, after they actually got around to…read morecompleting the work. The work took over 8 weeks to complete, but it was only a 4 hour job. Overall, I wouldn't recommend using them. Their communication is nonexistent until you reach out. I also had to leave a voice mail every time I called. We had Wildlife Solutions out to deal with a raccoon or multiple raccoons living under our shed. Terrance and another guy showed up to give a quote. They recommend preventative fencing around our shed instead of catching and relocating the animals, which seemed like a reasonable suggestion, considering we live on a very wooded lot. Terrance initially ball parked an $800 or so price point. The quote, which took over a week to come back, was almost $1300. We debated the additional cost and decided to move forward, but were disappointed that the ballpark estimate was so far off of the final quote. Then we signed the quote and moved on. While they were onsite for the quote, I asked about timing to get started. They came on a Wednesday, I was told they could start "next week". The quote wasn't even back in that timeframe. After while we were waiting on the quote, I shared a map of our septic system, and asked them to confirm they understood how to work around it...but no response. I had to follow up with them to get confirmation. Ultimately, the work didn't start until over eight weeks after the initial appointment. First, the quote took over a week, then it was an issue with the 811 ticket, then it was too hot to dig, then they must have run out of excuses because they didn't call to inform me about that delay. Through all these delays, there was no initiation of communication from their side, each time I had to call and express frustration on the timing to hear back. Finally, I called and said it needed to be done this week, or we would find someone else to complete the work. Terrance called back on a Friday and said they would be out early the following week to complete the work. No further communication until I called back on Wednesday of that week to understand what happened to "early this week". Terrance used the excuse of the heat. To be fair, it was hot out that week, but it took them a total of 4 hours..heat of the day doesn't set in until at least noon...and our shed is heavily shaded by trees. I finally called back and told him it needed to be completed by Sunday of that week, or I would go somewhere else, which was my previous feedback. After all, the work is complete and is average at best. This company lacks the ability to communicate about timing and is full of excuses instead of completing the jobs they take in a timely fashion.
