Well people are talking about Bug Out. This company is IT. The customer service, the pricing, the KNOWLEDGE. (And the honey!!) We had a termite issue and not only did Ron get out to us quick, but he treated some other stuff we had just in case. AND, he fixed a little issue we had on our garage door because he noticed it was a little loose!! He was fantastic, so friendly and just all around enjoyable to work with. We've also used him for other pest issues like mice, and we haven't had any issues since! He also does bee rescues which is so cool and good for the world. I'm hoping to buy some honey from him next time around. All in all, great service, great human, and great example of a small business owner who takes pride in his work and his ethics.

Had a squirrel in our attic area.. Critter control came out in Jan. they looked around the areas &…read moreconfirmed it was squirrels. They put a one way door and traps; said they would be back every couple of days. When they came back they asked if we heard any noise. Of course we said no, (We work all day & when we come home its dark; squirrels don't move around that much at night). They locked it up with a metal plate and took away the trap. Well guess what.... the Squirrel is still in there. It has been scratching around the metal plate causing HUGE damage in our roof .. and to make matters worse, the squirel decided to go on a road trip and now it has moved to the other side of the house- running up & down the walls! We bought more traps, called Critter control again & the tech said.. "IT should die soon!" (Tech didn't come out) He just told us to mark the wall so once it dies & the smell comes, we can cut it out!! Wait a min... WHAT!! Story gets better... very next day, Squirel scratched his way out of the walls & is now in the crawl space. Called Critter control again; left message. We decided to buy more traps, and a camera. the Squirrel walks up the camera and looks at it. We texted Critter Control showing them the footage - need someone out ASAP - they said they have no techs available. REMIND you this has been going on over a month Jan & FEB! We have now called a different company! We will never use you Critter Control again.

The cool thing about these…read moreparticular local companies is that Phoenix Pest control wasn't able to accommodate my schedule so they referred me to Premier. So glad they did! This act of kindness wasn't expected but definitely appreciated. Local companies working together is a concept other businesses should follow. I talked to Kristen and Jen about my issue and they were very helpful. Jen set up the appointment and they actually had guys out today (New Years Eve). Thank God, we've been losing sleep due to mice coming in. We initially saw activity in our garage when we first moved in. We are living where new homes are being built so they grounds are disturbed. With that happening rodents needed somewhere to go so they decided to camp out in my garage. We, on our own, caught 3 but we thought we heard scratching in the walls so we called Premier to check it out. Dennis and Scott came out and they were informative and awesome. Very down to earth and they answered all of my crazy rodent questions. They did a thorough inspection (outside/inside), checked my garage for activity with an ultraviolet light and used a stethoscope to hear the inside of my walls. After that they sprayed outside for mice and other pests like spiders. They really put my mind at ease and hopefully we will sleep better tonight. The sounds are probably from our vents. There's no food source within the walls so it's probably nothing at all. I will definitely be calling them for preventative care in the next couple of months since the construction in my subdivision will continue for a few months.
