I can't even begin to say how amazing this place was for us. I wish I could remember the names of…read morethe kind VA and vet that helped us, but the day was such a difficult time I sadly don't recall. My daughter and I brought in our boy Stellar to say goodbye. It was his time. He is reactionary to other dogs so it can be difficult to deal with public situations in general. They welcomed us in and allowed us to walk right to the room we were to be in for the procedure. We got to hug and be with Stellar until the end. They did not rush us in any way and wanted us to take our time. A few days later we received a card from them with their condolences. They were so kind as to include nose and paw prints for our boy. It will go perfect with the photo we are doing for our boy. I honestly don't know how to say thank you enough for their kindness, and graciousness, in this time.

Well, now I wish I could take that back. My 20 month old puppy was diagnosed with Mascatory Muscle Myositis, and it is a horrible and rare disease, however highly treatable and many dogs go into remission. Unfortunately, the treatment is high doses of prednisone for 3 weeks and then you slowly taper off. I was on week 3 and had to rush my baby to the emergency in Lynnwood where he died 24 hours later. I will never forgive myself and come to find out that many dogs have serious reactions to prednisone and must use a different med. I was never told of this, nor did the Vet show any concern or have any conversations with me. He had 1 follow up visit in 3 weeks and no conversations at all??? A 20-month-old puppy died due to liver failure and infection related to prednisone use. I will never put my trust in these doctors again....if I can find more answers on Google than they can provide we have a problem.

i've visited this vet three times with my (large) dog. The first time did not go very smoothly. the…read morewoman on the front counter is not very welcoming in person or over the phone. very short and not helpful with information whatsoever. Even asked to restrain my non reactive dog without asking any questions prior. The rest of the team seemed pleasant. after they took my dog back the first visit the vet came back pretty passive aggressive and upset that her and her team could not handle a 85 pound husky. he needed water after returning back to the room with me and i was told three times by a vet assistant that it doesn't seem like he does. i asked once again and they brought it in placed it down while saying "i don't even think he's gonna drink it" and my dog drank the whole bowl. he was stressed, panting, this was his first ever vet visit and i reiterated that a number of times. he wasn't aggressive he is just jerky when inexperienced vet techs try to touch him with no warning. the second visit was much smoother. he had to just get shots and the lady on the counter was someone with more comprehension. They were much more kind and understanding of a big dog and how they can act. they took him back for two minutes and he came back smiling. the vet this time did make it clear he didn't like the needle but everything went smoothly. i return a third time and its a automatic request my dog wears a mussel because he bit someone. wouldn't specify who, and the reason "the who" was asked because no biting was ever mentioned and the dog just doesn't bite. so just to make it clear theres people there with different levels of experience and understanding than others maybe they can only handle dogs under 40 pounds. The ironic part is i don't think they wanted me to return because i've had the right phone number and email on file since the initial intake, and never once received reminder for any appointments. each time i asked they said they definitely called, but they didn't. i rechecked the number on file twice. they just don't notify. definitely get a new front desk person, she has no conversation skills!
