Downtown pet and pet supplies store that has extensive selection of products, plus unusual pets like ferret for sale and other critters. The personnel is highly educated, friendly and ready to help, 5 stars all the way!

Just got my Malamute back from the groomer, Teresa. Nobody has done a better job. He looks amazing.

This pet store is awesome. I live in Beaverton and I was looking for a store that sold stuff for reptiles. I'm glad I stopped here. They had plenty of insect feeders for reptiles including bsl/phoenix worms, Dubia roaches, super worms, mealworms, night crawlers, crickets, mice and more, some in different sizes too. The prices are competitive. I was comparing Chewy and Amazon and Critter's prices were even lower. They have stuff for hermit crabs, birds, reptiles, guinea pigs, bunnies, ferrets, dogs, and cats. Although the cat aisle was pretty small. I would say their stock isn't particularly big but the variety is there. Not to mention the free roaming turtles upstairs are adorable! Definitively coming back.

Took our doodle for a grooming and it was a great experience Brittany did an amazing job definitely recommend you to take your fur baby to her :)

We always stop by the location in Wilsonville, and this was our first visit to the Newberg location.

I called six or seven different vets in the area until one suggested I reach out to Newberg Veterinary Hospital as they are a little bigger and might be able to squeeze us in. Sure enough, they kindly booked us an urgent care appointment for the very next day! Even better, when they had a cancellation the morning of, they gave us a call and offered to move us to an actual appointment. The urgent care appointments are open for an hour and they just see you as soon as they have availability, so we while we would have happily kept that spot, it was nice not to have to wait with a miserable dog. Not only that, but it is my understanding that they will accept walk ins, too. Having had a not-so-great experience at an emergency vet, it is comforting knowing this is an option. Once in, everyone from the front desk staff to the vet techs and doctor herself were so pleasant and friendly. My Great Dane wanted to meet ALL THE PEOPLE but they have a small divided section off to the side of the waiting room which was nice as I could take her over there a little away from the excitement and she could just relax and stop bugging everyone. We waited maybe five minutes, and then once we were taken back to the room they were super fast too! We only had a few minutes wait between the exam, running tests, and pulling her meds. We saw Dr. Johnson and she was so patient with my anxious pup, explained the diagnosis and medications clearly, and happily answered questions. My favorite part of all: I was able to pay in the room and head right on out! It is so nice not to have to go back to the front desk and wait for help and then make payment. Only real negative I can give is that parking is pretty limited, so just plan ahead as it might be a bit of a struggle to find a spot. I can hardly complain about that, though, I am so grateful to have found a kind veterinary clinic that is able to see my pets on short notice.
