Absolutely delicious. Well priced for a family of 5 compared to McDonald's and other businesses in the area.

Bonita's Cantina - The naked chicken quesadilla before I added the toppings. It also really needed lime, hot sauce and jalapeños at home.

3.5 rounded up to 4 stars. I've just left California after living there for 8 years and the Mexican…read morefood/trucks there are beyond amazing. So, I must be reasonable and know that this food is super mild and not as flavorful as I would like. Taking it home and fixing it up was the best option for me and I was craving a quesadilla. The prices took me aback somewhat. $17.50 for 1 chicken quesadilla, just under $20 with tax. Restaurant + prices. But the owner seemed nice enough, there was a small patio to wait on with tables, the Mexican music was playing from a little speaker and the food here is made to order. It didn't take too long. Maybe 10 minutes. Credit cards accepted. The owner was intuitive and put the lettuce and pico on the side for me although I didn't want to trouble him re tasking him with that but he was aware that I couldn't eat it right away. Also, it came with a small sour cream and a salsa. Kid mild. The rice was just ok. Too tomatoey not very authentic but that's ok. I had asked for no beans. After the order was placed, I learned that for $2.50 less, you can get just the quesadilla. Some gluten free options for those that need it except for the gravy, burritos and chimichangas. I'd go back to support them. Not bad for being in a Home Hardware parking lot in Stittsville!

The Original Souvlaki - The chicken souvlaki came with fries. I did not imagine it would turn out like this! But it was tasty. The tzatziki in it was awesome!

This place was a bit of a surprise to me; firstly because I never noticed it before hubby took me…read morethere on date night. Secondly - is it me? - there seem to be more "pop up" kitchens, aka food trucks around the city, especially in Stittsville and Kanata (like, not even just downtown); everything from chip trucks, to tacos, and even ribs, which can all be found up and down Stittsville Main Street. So, Hubby knows I like Greek food. He wanted pork, I wanted chicken. They don't seem to do pork skewers, so I ordered him a gyro which had pork in it. The service was friendly. The lineup was a bit long, but it moved fast. The menu was not expensive. Ok, then we got our food. The low-down is this: It wasn't expensive because it was 1 skewer of chicken on what was like a naan bread. It was very tasty, and the tzatziki was really good! But the odd part was that the menu said it comes with fries (both of these sandwiches did), but I didn't realize or understand that the fries were not on the side! I could have lived with fries on the side, but no - they were IN the sandwich, with the chicken or gyro, sauce and all. No, not for me, thanks. If I had known what questions to ask, I might have been able to order better. So, all this to say, it was OK, but I'm not in a huge hurry to go back. :-( Oh, one more thing: because of COVID and lockdown, everyone's house of prayer is closed to public in-person gatherings. The Original Souvlaki is parked in a church parking lot. Don't say I didn't warn you as you went whizzing past it!! LOL

Best Greek food around, friendly owners and very reasonable prices, we love this truck and eat here…read moreregularly, wish it was a permanent fixture year round but it is seasonal!
