The ice cream portion is way more reasonably size so if you're looking for a small treat not overwhelming its a good option. That being said they're all delicious and worth the sugar intake. When you get the mason jar cups you do get to keep it, they have a sink specially made for you to use to clean it to take home. Overall the place is nice and clean, the staff are well informed and friendly, and the treats here are different and so good.

When we asked how long it would take to restock, one employee told us 30 minutes while another said it could take hours. Since we couldn't get a clear answer, we decided to change our order, which required a refund. The employee who processed the refund, whom I believe was named Ashley, was giggling throughout the interaction and seemed unsure whether the refund had actually gone through. When we asked for confirmation, she could not provide a clear answer. I eventually had to go back inside and speak with the shift lead, who was the only helpful employee we encountered. He was able to pull up our order and show us the receipt, but the totals on the receipts did not match, which only added to the confusion. We never received a clear explanation about whether the refund was completed or whether my birthday reward had been properly applied.
