We enjoy visiting year round but are excited for the weather to continue to warm up so we can enjoy our meal by the fire pit outside more! Well, love the pizza, but the take out ordering is a nightmare. I called to order and they said order online. You can't give a time, they tell you what time. The problem with that is you don't know the time until you get an email, with your estimate, AFTER you've already paid! The last time we did it, they said an hour and a half. We went a few minutes early and they were 30 minutes over the estimate. So, two hour wait for a pizza, insane! Let me know up front, before ordering, so I have the option of going elsewhere. Had we ANY idea that it would take that long, we would have obviously moved on to another option. I know they're delicious and I know they're busy, but the current system is crazy, inefficient and beyond annoying. Please figure it out! read more

Finally a pizza/flatbread place on the cape that creates thin crust spectacular pizza. The toppings are truly unique and inventive from the Korean BBQ which features thinly sliced beef short rib to the scallop and bacon which is a perfect balance of sweet, salty and savory. Both are a solid choice for a crisp flatbread style pizza. They offer a great selection of local beers and the marinated olive appetizer was a great way to start the meal. Interior seating is somewhat limited but they offer expansion outdoor seating. Our server was attentive and offered suggestions. Don't miss this fantastic restaurant that is more than just flatbread. Everything that I have tried here is absolutely delicious. Nice friendly crowd around the bar with a wonderful bartender and a great attitude. The Vongole, clams with fresh pasta, is my favorite. A bunch of us girls decided to take a trip to the Cape to sit outside and enjoy some flat bread pizza at Crisp. Since they don't take reservations, we were able to put our names in and sit around the fire pit and enjoy some drinks while we waited for our table. It was a really busy evening, considering it was a Monday night during the summer in the Cape. We didn't expect it to be as busy. We were escorted to our table, outside and greeted by our server. We put in a bunch of appetizers, the buffalo chicken meatballs were my favorite. For the main course we split a few different flatbread pizzas & a few different salads. It took a while between the appetizers and the dinner to come out but we were happily invested in our appetizers and salads while we waited. We tried four different flatbread pizzas and we had more than enough leftover to take home with us. Altogether, this was a great experience. Sitting outside during a beautiful summer night in Osterville, eating delicious food, and enjoying the fun environment. I will definitely come here again. Got pizzas last night from Crisp. My mushroom pizza had so few mushrooms I could almost count them on one hand. The pie crust was burnt as the edges were just charcoal and the crust itself tasted like cardboard. I've had better from you guys. read more

I have been getting food from Crisptoo for years. The past 2 years I've been doing curbside, leaving a 10-20% tip. I show up, they bring it out, beautiful. Today, I placed my order, filled out car type, color, etc. I pull up 2 minutes before (ready time) and sat RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE DOOR for 20 minutes. When I realized every employee was just standing around, I went in and asked about my order. The girl behind the counter laughed and said "we don't bring it out anymore". I asked if it would be considerate to pop your head out the door and tell me. Another employee handed me my food, which was NOW COLD. Needless to say, this is just poor business ethics all around. Nice location, nice store with excellent service. We had the clams/bacon combo app which had great reviews at the table. We have a couple pizzas that were good as well. The garlic knots could have been better, not bad, but room for improvement. The chicken Marsala was excellent and surprising the chicken parm was not as it was drowned in tomato sauce. Went to Crisp the other night...food was amazing...love the Farmers egg flatbread and truffle fries! YUM! However, before being seated (and I was beyond excited to get a seat right away!) the Mgr. made mention that my "other" must be "parking the car" since I was being seated alone and then...made mention of their 90minute policy to sit....so timer is on lol... I had a pasta lunch special and my husband had a hoagie sandwich.... both were subpar interpretations of the dishes... my bolognese seemed to have cream in it... his fries were fried within an inch of its life. Disappointing. Waitstaff was friendly but seemingly not well-informed... when asked for a recommendation between flatbread or pasta she responded "well... do you want to eat with your hands or not?"
