Service is a bit slow, not sure if it's staff incompetence or long cooking times, strange as we only ordered 2 menu items. The "Sinog Platter" and Sinigang Baboy. The platter had a few good selections, notably the grilled squid and bangus belly, the chicken was okay at best, the liempo was tough and bland, like chewing on pieces of rubber and the barbecue sticks were far too sweet for my liking. The Sinigang tasted as you'd expect from good Sinigang but it was definitely loaded with pork and vegetables.
Overall an okay dining experience but still a good recommendation. read more
