    My New Favorite Hideaway!…read more I'm so excited I found The Smoothie Room! I spent the afternoon there and it was exactly what I needed, a calm, cozy escape. I curled up in their hammock with a copy of The Artist's Way and sipped on their "Recovery" smoothie (which was delicious, refreshing, and perfect after a workout!). One thing I really loved was how health-conscious their menu is. Whether you're looking to refuel after hitting the gym, need a boost before a workout, or just want something clean and nourishing, they've got you covered. So many great options that cater to fitness and wellness goals. The vibe is peaceful, the staff was super sweet, and everything felt so thoughtfully put together. I'll definitely be back, it's officially my new little self-care spot. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and recharge!

Everything looked so clean and cozy. The holiday decorations were also very well done. The staff greeted me and let me know that they were there to help or make suggestions if I needed, which was very nice. I decided on a fruit smoothie with some green stuff in it, just so I still felt "healthy" after my physical therapy. There were many options and add-ins that I could choose from. The pricing was a little more than I expected, but little treats are little treats. I enjoyed my stop and will be sure to stop by again!

    They ran out of a few items on the menu without acknowledging them on a signage of some sort…read more I first opted for the dragon fruit lemon slushy and when I took a sip the first thing I tasted was the bitterness. I quickly spoke to the staff that I rather have the drink replaced because it was too bitter for my taste that I could not go further drinking it. They refunded it back in my card for the whole drink amount and I had to buy the other drink on another transaction. I then opted for the avocado match smoothie instead. They charge 95 cents for boba etc. I just feel these boba places should not be charging for such especially if you are selling boba drinks. Some places do not charge for the boba tbh. The Avocado Matcha smoothie was not bad - it was pretty good you can taste the avocado and matcha in it and it was not too sweet. But for $7 ish the size was ehhh. The drink itself should be about $5-6 at the most. And that is without boba. I would probably be back if they had the Taro drink available - until then I would not see myself coming back here for awhile.

She mentioned it was buy one, get one half off. I ordered ube milk tea with boba. It was okay. It didn't really taste like ube, but it was beautiful. The dining room was very spacious, bright and fun. There are a lot of options on the menu and I'll definitely be back to try more.

    Their food options are among my favorite. Where this company lacks, though, is in the service…read morearena. I discovered fresh &co a few months ago. Loved it. I invited a small group to lunch and celebrated birthdays with a meal for two friends....I bought lunch after signing up for the rewards program. I opted to take the requisite photo of my receipt and have the meal credited to my rewards account. The points were never added. There is no customer service phone number to call for assistance. And the phone number at the corporate office only leads to voicemails. So I sent an email. No reply. It's been 3.5 months. A few days ago I decided to call the store for two reasons (1). to see if they could lead me towards resolving this issue before make my next rewards-motivated purchase, and (2) to see if they would be able to pull together a last minute event for 23 people. When I called, I started by asking about the rewards program issue. A young lady announced that the manager had just left the store 20 minutes earlier. She said he could call me the next day when he returned--somewhere between 12 and 4 pm. I said okay and gave her my name and number. The next day at about 330, I had not heard from the manager Dennis So I called the store and a young man answersed the phone. He didn't identify himself, so I asked if he was Dennis. He asked me to hold on a minute, so I did. An older sounding man answers the phone, also not identifying himself. So I said "hi, are you Dennis?" He replied "if you are selling something, we don't want it". I responded "I'm not selling anything, I'm a customer. I'm trying to reach Dennis". The call was then disconnected. About an hour later I called back, hoping that the call had been inadvertently dropped. Again, the young fee-sounding man answered. I explained that I thought we had bbeen disconnected when I called earlier. He replied "please hold on a moment". I said "okay", feeling that the first call had indeed been disconnected. The call then resumed, with the older sounding gentleman answering "hello". I said "hi". The call was again discontinued and I heard silence. I cant imagine why a business would not want to speak with a person who identifies as a customer. I had a question to ask about their process and an order for food that they sell. While this was at one point my preferred spot for my vegetarian diet, I can honestly say that I would not recommend anyone go there, if their service continues at the level I experienced. Why would anyone call a business that repeatedly hangs up on customers trying to do business with them?
