Very tiny on the inside compared to other nearby AT&T store locations. They do no have as much to choose from or as deep of inventory. Store is usually pretty well upkept. My experience with the workers here is they do not seem very knowledge about the products or procedures. Hasn't been all of them and I have gotten good service here before but usually it's not on par with the other locations. Being a smaller store in a highly populated area they do get crowds and it is hard for them to keep up as usually phone store visits customer service needs can be lengthy. Overall it's just an additional att store to choose from. I'd honestly recommend the outer loop location a few blocks down. They have a larger store and more employees to help out. So you will get your best value of service experience there most likely.

Christopher was very rude to me. Went up there last night looking to get an upgrade. There was a…read moremisunderstanding and confusion with our account, so I was sitting at a table trying to figure it out. Christopher kept rushing me and telling me I was wasting my time and asking how far I lived from there, keep in mind I was only there no more than 30 minutes TOTAL. So I ended up telling him I'd come back after I figured out said issue. He told me 3-4 times that they closed at 8pm. I came back at 6:45pm to the lights on and doors locked. A guy pulls up and was confused as well wondering why they were closed as they were told the same thing. They had this guys phone in the store. I sat there for 20 minutes and nothing. Not sure how the other guys issue resolved. Came back about 20 minutes ago today. I was talking to a really nice girl, but was deciding on a color so she helped another customer and assured me when I was ready that she would help. As she is helping the other guy while I'm debating on which phone to get, here comes Christopher from the back. "Oh, your back". I told him I ended up wanting another color and he said rudely "yeah, I told you yesterday that we don't have that color". Immediately after (again, rudely) he says "well, let's make sure (talks about issue) is solved before we waste time again". Not sure what his issue is honestly. I'd understand if I was taking forever, but I was not, and my husband and I were genuinely having trouble sorting out the issue. Instead of offering help of ANY kind (I know they have restrictions) he decided to rush me out of the store with his rude words and offered no help, instead acted annoyed. There weren't many customers AT ALL and there were plenty of workers. Normally don't leave bad reviews, but this just pissed me off and ruined the experience and excitement of getting a new phone. So, I'll just wait until I'm able to go to another location.
