Was given a quote of 49.99 for internet only (with no hastle about canceling the tv) after the foreign lady on customer service call wouldn't give me lower than 69.99. Very nice lady at the desk gave me a brand new modem and assured me their were no add'tl rental or hidden fees. Have received an invoice for 12 months now with exactly 49.99 charged and never a penny more. Sorry to be moving now and my new address isn't covered by Spectrum but completely satisfied with this office compared to the very unhelpful, hard to understand, online customer service.

Avoid this store! I purchased a screen protector about a year ago from this store. I paid $40…read morewhich was ridiculous, but was told it had a lifetime warranty and full replacement as long as I owned the phone. I took it back about 6 months ago and they replaced it no problem. I went back to have it replaced for the 2nd time and was told it would be $20. Why would anyone pay the inflated price initially if it only gets you a 1/2 price warranty. No one with any sense. I also had tried to take it to another store closer to my home. I was told that I had purchased from a franchise store and corporate stores wouldn't honor any kind of warranty since they sell different brands of accessories at the corporate stores. So not only will the this store not stand behind their products, the corporate stores won't either. Moral of the story, either accept overpaying for screen cover's at this store or go somewhere else. It's much cheaper in the long run.
