DO NOT COME HERE I…read morehad my iPhone screen replaced here just two days ago, and today the screen completely stopped working. When I called to explain the issue, I expected them to stand behind their work and repair it free of charge. Instead, I was met with some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. After I sent them a photo of the screen, they immediately blamed me, told me it was my fault, and even said they were "not a magician" and refused to fix it under warranty. There was no attempt to troubleshoot the issue or stand behind their own work. I ended up taking my phone to another repair shop for a second opinion. They told me the screen had been installed incorrectly, which explained the problems I was having. They also told me the replacement screen appeared to be an extremely low-quality part and commented that many reputable repair shops won't even use parts like that because they're known to cause problems. Between the poor workmanship, the apparent low-quality parts, and the unbelievably rude customer service, this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a business. Instead of taking responsibility for what appears to have been an improper installation, they blamed the customer and refused to make it right. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and go somewhere that actually stands behind its work. I wish I had.

I desperately needed important work information off the phone. For just a $25 diagnosis charge they were able to get the phone turned on and then perform a backup. If you're out of warranty on your device, these guys are awesome! I can't recommend them enough and will go here again before hassling with Apple and their "approved repairs" that don't work and cost multiple times what I payed here.

Aside from misleading with pricing which the money isn't the issue!! they can keep it!! Let's not forget I was declined from receiving a receipt. How lovely. What matters is integrity and how you treat your customers, and this company clearly lacks both. Severely to say the least. After I left my first review, they retaliated by raising the price and arguing with me in-store about removing the review instead of apologizing or trying to make things right. That alone says everything you need to know about their business ethics. This isn't about money or material things it's about honesty, quality of work, and professionalism. I'll be taking my iPad elsewhere to verify if any actual repairs were made, and if I'm told that the original parts were never replaced, I'll be pursuing this further. Do better.

Many of us, if not the vast majority of the general public (including myself) need to keep our…read morephones protected and looking new. Especially when you dish out $800-$1200 to protect your investment. That could be said with my iPhone 14 Pro Max since I usually have a heavy duty OtterBox case as well as screen protectors to shield my screen and rear camera lens. This takes me on a visit to the Foothill Farms neighborhood of Sacramento where I got to check out "Cellpro". Located in a small strip mall at 5153 Madison Ave. and adjacent to Auburn Blvd., this small store has had numerous business changes (all affiliated with wireless/phone service) over the years; this includes "U.S. Wireless" and "Metro by T-Mobile". I think a cell phone accessory store is a perfect fit here simply because there just aren't many in this area. Originally, I was planning to go to the mall but you know how that can be; parking, crowds, and of course higher prices. Long story short, I needed a replacement glass screen protector for my main screen as well as the camera lens (as I previously mentioned); both protectors had minor chips in them. Upon entering which was on the afternoon of Saturday 8/19/2023 at around 2:15pm, there was quite a few customers here. Inside, you will find dozens of cases for many of the new iPhone and Android models as well as chargers, cords, speakers, and ear buds. Since I wanted replacements, I was able to get a heavy duty scratch resistant screen protector AND lens protector for $25 (including tax). Not a bad deal since many of those kiosks at the mall charge $40 for the screen protector. Furthermore, it only took a few minutes. If this place is busy, be patient since this is a one-person business. The hours are also decent as they're opened Monday through Saturday from 10am-7pm. All in all, "Cellpro" is an excellent small business with excellent customer service and a wide variety of products. I also wanted to note that they do repairs on broken screens, battery replacements, water damage, and charger port issues. With that said and done, I am giving this place a unanimous five stars to a job well done.

I'm a First Responder EMT and for the past 2 years I've had recurring issues with the verification…read moreprocess for my First Responder Discount in the T-Mobile app. Normally, I've been able to resolve this without much trouble at the Douglas Blvd, Roseville location. Today I stopped by the Madison & Date location in Sacramento, and it was by far the worst experience I've had in my 10 years and 7 months as a loyal T-Mobile customer. The representative, Tay, was unhelpful from the beginning. He first claimed there was "no such thing" as a First Responder Discount -- despite the fact that I've used it for years. I showed him my driver's license, EMT license, and paystub as proof of employment, and asked if he could manually verify and update the system since nothing has changed with my job in over 3 years. It was clear he didn't know what he was doing, so I politely asked if he could get a supervisor or someone with more knowledge. He ignored my request, offered no effort to escalate, and finally told me: "You don't qualify, and there's nothing I can help with." On my way home, I called 611. The representative over the phone was the exact opposite -- professional, knowledgeable, and kind. She quickly confirmed my information and extended my discount for another year. I give 5 stars to T-Mobile phone support, but zero stars to the Madison & Date location. T-Mobile, I've stayed with you for more than a decade because of your service and support, but this is the first time I've ever felt dismissed and dumped by your in-store staff. To the supervisor of that location: You need to do better.!
