Six weeks later, picked them up, get home to find the 2 row 16 digit LCD screen was not fixed and not one single I/O port were cleaned, scratch brushed, deoxidized or lubricated. A second processor dropped off the same day with a failing PSU that had a loud hum and needed repairs as well. It came back still humming, opened up the case to the processor and a very small amount of cob webs where around the PSU indicating nobody even opened it up to service it, but yet they claimed it took 2.5 hours to fix. The third processor, lol, claimed he didn't have service documentation to fix faulty ram, so nothing was done to it. I took three processors in for repairs and six weeks later, all three came back no better than before. To top if off, they scratched up the face plate on one processor trying to take it apart. Do not fall for the Google Reviews, half are not vetted genuine reviews. Avoid this home based company at all costs. 10/02/2025 EDIT: Ya see folks? He didn't address the incompetent service. Just out to convince you he's the good guy after taking 6 weeks and giving him $500 in cash to give me back still broken processors and services that were never rendered. The truth is, none of this took place "on-line", it was in text and he blocked me after I said I would have to seek council for advice after being ripped off. He's played this exact thing out with other customers when they said they would have to take it small claims. He blocked them as well and did the same stunt with them. I noticed that there was a little water near my machine, so I called for service. My appointment was made quickly and a technician named Jared came to my home. He was very friendly, explained everything that was going on with the machine, and found where the leak came from, explaining it to me . Jared wrote up a work order and told me the part had a hairline crack in it. He efficiently put the machine back together, cleaned up the little water, and told me the part should be coming in soon. I called Jetson up a couple of days later and they stated the part had just come in. I asked the lady on the phone who was also very very sweet, please send Jared again. She made the appointment for a day or so later, Jared came of course with a nice big hello, and proceeded to start working on the machine. As he's working, he's explaining it and finished up quickly. He did the test run on the machine to make sure it was not leaking and that everything was OK. Jared even showed me a couple of buttons on the machine that I wasn't aware about because I'm a person that does read the manual! I was so pleased with Jared and his work ethic that I called Jetsons to speak with Joe Kissler. He was not in when I made the call, but I made sure I left a message about Jared's performance. To my surprise, Mr. Kissler called me today (that doesn't happen too often that they call you back) I expressed my pleasure with Jared's great work, his wonderful demeanor, and that he really knows his craft. Jared gave some credit to Mr. Kissler for his knowledge, as he was his protege when Jared was learning the ropes. He also stated he studied quite a bit about the appliances to better his knowledge. Hopefully in the future, I won't need service, but I'm comfortable in knowing that if I do, I will ask for Jared to return.

Our first issue was replacing the fridge. When finding out the new Jetson had opened, we went immediately. Our salesperson was Kevin and he was great. After going back and forth through some options we ended up going with Whirlpool. We also got the expanded warranty, which is something I pretty much NEVER do for anywhere else, because I really love Jetson's gimmick of giving you half of the warranty back as a future sales credit if you don't use it. The delivery of the fridge was challenging, in no part thanks to us ordering a really large item and our house doesn't have double doors. There were some small marks on the edges of the fridge after being set up. We called Jetson service and everyone we talked to was great. Based around *our* availability, Jetson sent out a service member to take care of the marks. This guy was absolutely AMAZING and the fridge looks fantastic. He also took care of another small issue with the fridge we didn't even notice. Just an incredible team member for Jetson and someone I wish we could hire to do handy work around our house. We've had the fridge for a couple weeks now and couldn't be happier. It looks great, it holds a ton of stuff, is quiet, and the freezer section actually has something called a PIZZA POCKET where you put frozen pizza boxes in. Greatest invention of the 21st Century. tl;dr - Delivery of large fridge was a bit dodgy, but everything leading up to and after the fact was above-and-beyond for customer service and we'll be heading back to Jetson in near future for our next dish washer.

One installer left a mess. Front windows have bubbles, need to be re done. But who knows if I will get contacted back to fix any of the above mention things. They aren't professionals and do not do quality work. You pay for what you get mediocre work. Sadly I cannot recommend them to anyone. They are terrible very unprofessional. The owner fought someone and the cops were called while I was there. I refuse to go back. The second time I went to get my tint fixed they did an even worse job. I called Cricket about 9Am, no answer and passed by the light was not on trying to see if they would match the rate, since no one there, I went to Target to get there plan. the young lady said wait until later or tomorrow and the phones will kick in so we left with the new plan same phones that I had with Cricket, just bought the sim card, only $20. it was perfect, so happy that I would be paying less, since I just retired and trying to make ends meet, it was about 3:30 pm and we had no phones, they were locked, I called Consumer and they said the phones were good, no problems. nut the phones were still locked, I chatted with Cricket on line because I had no phones, the gentleman said I need a code to unlock the phones , but I could not get in to get the code, I went to Cricket and the guy there said that I had to pay for 2 more months because that was there policy, 6 months with there company or the phones would be locked, so even thought they don't have a contract you are forced to stay with them 6 months, this was unknown to me, we went back to Consumer and cancelled and we had to go back to Cricket for them to take us back for , they told us that probably we would have fees , I pleated to call the owner or Manager that is in Miami to see if he would give us a break, of course he said no , we would have to pay the installation fees $101.96. we decided to go back to Cellular and buy new phones $169.58 at this time with back and forth it was around 8pm without dinner , more debt instead of being better off, and we had to go back to cellular to finish transferring the data because it was late, in my opinion, please beware of Cricket Cellular, when I was writing on Consumer Affairs I saw more complaints.

So I stopped by the retailer to have it fixed; A guy named D-Jay removed the mis-installed protector and put a new one that does not cover my entire phone, and I told him that screen protector does not fit my phone and therefore won't protect it; he then told me to hold on to it for now and he'll order the one that will fully cover the phone entirely and it should arrive within two days. So I asked him if I should stop by Saturday (cuz it was a Thursday) to pick it up, he said no, but took my number and said he was going to call me once the screen protector arrives. 2-Two weeks later, I haven't received any phone calls from him so I went back in the store to find out what was going on and boom! My phone drop in the parking lot... my concerns come true because my screen cracked around the surrounding areas that were not covered. D-Jay was not in the store but the sale person did call him but he was trying to blame me saying the item came but I never pick it up, so I reminded him that he took my number & said he was going to call me once the protector arrived and he never did, then he quickly backing out of his words and was saying that he doesn't know what happened cuz he ordered it but it never got delivered... I was shocked how he was switching his words within seconds and that also made me believe that he was LYING & he never actually placed the order. I told him, my phone breaking is his fault because if if the correct screen protector was on it, it would not break after one little drop. So consequently, the retailer should repair my shattered screen and issue me a refund if they can't get me another screen protector that perfectly fit & fully protect my phone - just like the 1st one. He said that he can't and gave me a "back office" 1800-CRICKET # and told me to ask for "Zack". When I called the number, they said that they could not transfer the call to Zack. I was livid, rightfully so because clearly he was LYING to me yet AGAIN. So I filed a complaint (# I770-666-85), went back inside the store to ask him when was Zack was going to be physically there because I want to speak with him myself. He said that Zack was in a meeting, but asked for my number to call me after the meeting. The day ended and I never received the call...  fast forward to a week later, still no call from Zack. 3- A month later, my phone is still shattered, the D-Jay guy HAS MY MONEY, DOESN'T ORDER the CORRECT SCREEN PROTECTOR, and REFUSES TO ISSUE ME A REFUND. So I had to call Cricket Customer Service AGAIN for to file anothercomplaint (I776-489-24) while at the store because the D-Jay refuse to give me a refund for that screen protector that I PAID FOR but NEVER RECEIVED. This is my last month with Cricket; I can't do business with a such terrible company. ** I will report Cricket/that retailer to the BBB, and leave this strongly worded review on Yelp, Facebook, Yellow Page, etc. So that other people fall into the chaos that I find myself in.
