We purchased a new IPhone directly from Apple. It had an issue with volume. We tried the ATT store first because they provide our service. We were told it was a defective phone and we'd have to return it to Apple because this model always has issues. Brandon at Best Buy in the activation department, fixed it by replacing the plastic screen protector and answered all our questions. Knowledgeable and pleasant employee! read more

We purchased a TV yesterday and were told it would be delivered today. Not only was it not delivered, they didn't even notify us of a delayed delivery until I called. Yesterday, in the store, they led us to believe the TV was in stock and we could take it home if we wanted. The TV was not in stock and it was backordered for delivery for two weeks. Also note, you cannot speak to anyone in the store. Customer service number will not connect you. Despicable business. read more

We bought a Microwave and in a month it didn't work. We bought warranty and they didn't make good on it. They said the company had to fix it. Service was terrible. I will never shop there again. read more

You would think a card holding Best Buy Geek Squad total tech member would matter to this company and store- it does not. After purchasing high dollar TV and paying $179 for installation, the tech tells me it would cost $100 more to turn it on and connect it to WiFi. I've had so many issues with Best Buy service after spending many thousands for appliances, TVs and computers over the last year that it isn't worth the trouble anymore. Customer service has gone south. I told the tech to take the TV back to the store and I will take the rest of my high dollar recent purchases back. Short the stock if you own it. read more

Geek squad tried to sale me a membership ($200 or without $300) for factory reset for my surface. To make a long story short was told going to take 2 to 4 days. Came home went to youtube and found the process to reset my surface. It took 5 minutes. I would not every go or recommend Geek. read more

Please do yourself a favor. Do not purchase and especially have your high-end equipment installed by their staff. We had to make two trips to the store to have our stereo equipment installed, both with scheduled appointments. At the first appointment, it took them 7 hours just to say that they had lost some of the parts of the equipment, (that we purchased from them) and they could not do the job without the missing parts. It is BestBuy's merchandise, why could they not just get one off the shelf and finish the job that we waited 7 hours already for??? They apologized and promised to "make it right" so we made another appointment. The second appointment took 4 hours, no special treatment and definitely did not expedite the install. Call me a glutton for punishment for even going back a 2nd time. Please, please do not make the same mistake we did by trusting BestBuy or the Geek Squad. Save time and money by taking your business elsewhere. read more

I was trying to buy a mouse and they were lying saying it's not comparable with the device. But other Best Buy's and technician experts say it is. Well deserved 1 star read more

LG is probably the worst appliance Ive experienced on the face of the earth. My dad bought a LG bundle with All of the appliances included for a measly $9,000 just for almost all of them to stop working. The oven doesn't heat up to what it is set to, the fridge stopped making ice and then stopped freezing in general all in only 3 years. Needless to say we won't ever touch an LG again biggest waste of money ever better off with a Facebook market place 10-15 year old fridge and oven THAT WORKS. read more

We just bought a condo! Need TVs - go to Best Buy - buy 2 for delivery & install. Sounds simple right? NO! Install guy is 2 1/2 hours late AND he only has ONE TV & Two wall racks! Has no kit to fish the lines inside the walls & so we are Not Happy. We will now spend More Time chasing this to resolution and have to spend another day waiting to do this again! We should've found a BIg Screen Store. The install guy is not the problem - I'm not sure yet what happened But we paid for 2 TVs ... Oh! We just found out that the other TV was not in stock at that store... so nothing to deliver, But no one told us that ! And we have to go into the store to get our refund processed! Hmmmm that makes this experience a -1 star - and I will have many words for the manager when I get there! read more

This place has gone way down hill. For starters, this place looks as though a tornado came through. Stuff thrown everywhere, a complete mess! Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. Good luck at this place! Long lines and absolute incompetence at the geek squad. Never again. read more

I scheduled an appt for Geek Squad. I was 20 minutes early, hoping I can get in early. Employee said, "No problem, I will check you in, and try to get you in earlier". Mentioned there was one appt ahead of me. Fast forward, I watched people coming and going. I assumed all had appt ahead and just stayed patient. Come time for my appt, I was not called next. When I questioned the gentlemen, he looked me up and realized he never checked me in. Poor customer service. No apology. read more

NEVER AGAIN!!! Worst customer service ever. They put you on hold for 5 1/4 hours and then lie about doing it. I have a washing machine I bought brand new 15 months ago..the ring came out of it and made an appointment with the "geek squad" and they don't come because they said the number they have is wrong but my address was right. When we made the appointment they specifically ask for a number. So basically the geek squad doesn't want to come out for a 5 minute repair...go to the store and what does the geek squad mgr give us...another number to be jerked around with!!! What's the point of getting a warranty if they're not going to come out to fix it..because their system has our old phone number. If they don't get out today...a lawyer will be in their a$$!!! read more

Best Buy - Stuart - Gasket - Computers Near Me - Stuart, Florida

This store is totally understaffed. Nobody cares about the customer experience here whatsoever. All I wanted to do was buy a specific item that was under lock and key and literally could not find anyone who could assist me while walking around and asking every associate over a 30 minute. I decided to leave and just buy the item directly through the manufacturer online. Best Buy clearly has no interest in easy business at this location. read more

Major retail fail. You want trouble? You found it. A TV? Ok, but if it's stand is missing from the box, they'll give you $100 and the wrong part number to order from Amazon. So, we got a stand when Amazon was able to get it to us and now have to return it. Still trying to get the stand that was supposed to come with the tv. Best Buyer Beware. Open the box before you put it in the car. Oh, and the TV? No good, had to return it. The solution? Shop at Jetsons. Same price. They deliver, too. read more

I wish I could leave 0/5 stars. Absolutely horrible customer service. Brought my pc in at 6pm. Was told it might be done by 7. It's now 2:00pm the day after and I'm being told it could be up to 7 days now. HORRIBLE SERVICE DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE read more

We were in the Best Buy in Stuart today and as with all other stores, they are understaffed with it seems just one person in each department. After waiting for a customer service gentleman finishing up a sale, I went up and asked me if he could help my husband and I. He told me there was one woman in that he was going to help and right after that he would be with us. Well, I'll tell you, it was definitely worth the wait. Jay was amazing. We asked a ton of question about TV's and he answered every one, and actually showed us features that we hadn't even asked about. He was amazingly knowledgeable, courteous and patient. Considering how busy he was he didn't try to rush us in any way. I asked him about a return policy in case we didn't like the TV and he gave us that information also. You might not know this, but you a gem of an employee working for you, and I hope you have some sort of appreciation program, because he should be at the top! read more

My Best Buy Total Tech program was renewing next month for $190 basically. This would have been my 4 th yr of continuous membership. I cancelled it today immediately. I called and asked Geek Squad to come out and troubleshoot a 70" tv. The lady said she would arrange to send them out but I'd have to pay $199 for them just to come out. I told her that I had spent $5000 in 2020 and Geek Squad came out and hung my TV for $50 professionally (no wires showing). I realized that the corporate greed really hit its peek when revising the the entire program. Don't be fooled by all the "free" services they are offering! read more

We have spent a crap ton of money with them. Never have I had a problem till tonight. I am the one who has called 45 times to arrange deliver for my mom's appliances. Me!!!!! I call and make dated, etc. Tonight. I call to make appt for delivery. I get this man on the phone who right off the back was very rude. I explained we're ready for delivery and need to schedule. I give him my fist and last name, my husband's name, telephone number, delivery address, first unborn childs name. He then starts to catch an attitude with me and talk over me. I explained my husband has NEVER had to approve me to speak nor will he. I explained, I made the order, I pay the credit cards, I make and receive phone calls. He still is being agressive with me. I nicely asked for a manager. He L-A-U-G-H-E-D and said he will tell you the same thing I just told you. Ohhhhhh my god. I am fuming at this point. read more

Geek Squad is a waste of time and money. Just like a review by Debbie I set and appointment only to have to wait close to an hour just to see the person at the front desk, not even a tech. Explained my problems on the laptop and they seemed disinterested. Told me it will be ready in three day. Hmmmm how can that be if they don't know whats wrong. Got a call to pick up my laptop in three days and asked what was wrong? Told Nothing, No viruses so nothing was wrong. But I said what about the slowness? What about all the error messages? Told nothing wrong. Now my laptop is still giving me error messages and running as slow as before and having another issue. Needs better customer service.. good selection of electronics, computers., tvs. I recommend best buy for their selection and deals (flexible financing) They tend to be short staffed or busy, which has made us leave empty handed a couple times when needing help with purchasing a computer (they bunch up and talk in the front of the store and leave customers waiting for help for way too long) several members of the staff are helpful, but then they get busy. Managers need to get on employees about this read more

I will change my review to a five star if I can get a certain problem solved. The staff was friendly and very helpfully. I bought a nice TV with all of the accoutrements. A nice guy named Stefan helped me out. He said it would be to my advantage to have Best Buy Geek Squad help me out rather than a service they outsource. I thought so too..looking into the future in balance with past experiences, problems can be resolved a little bit more readily when working with the main heartbeat of the operation. So we agreed on a a day. Unfortunately I had to reschedule. When I called back to reschedule, I was told that it would be the contracted firm doing the installation. I said that is not what I was told and I really wanted the Geek Sqaud . The guy helping me was polite enough but I had to be put on hold for over 40 minutes while he tried his best to get an ally with the Geek Squad. He said they would not be available until Jan. I took the appointment time but I'm not happy with this resolution. I will call and speak to the manager tomorrow and see what they can do. Someone called back and said it would be the Geek Squad handling my install. Ok so I was happy. Guess what ? It wasn't. It was the contractor. He seemed to Do a decent job, no problems yet. But Best Buy was not truthful with me read more

If I could leave none I would but it makes me do 1 star if anything I would pay to leave negative stars. It's the worst customers service and very rude, they don't help you for nothing. WHAT a NIGHTMARE experience!!! Was on the phone with their tech support (over in India & I could BARELY understand them) for OVER 1 1/2 hours and got NO RESOLUTION! Tried to use the 5 year extended Service Warranty on a Dishwasher. Called and was passed around to 3 different people before being able to book the Service. Finally got it done. Service was scheduled for Thursday January 2nd between 8AM and Noon. No one showed up all day despite repeated calls. Finally reached someone who rebooked for Friday January 3rd. You guessed it no one called or showed up again. repeated phone calls resulted in a merry-go-round of people who had no clue what they are doing. Since then we have been unable to reach anyone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING THE EXTENDED WARRANTY. BEST BUY WILL CLAIM THAT IT IS NOT THEIR ISSUE AND THE COMPANY THAT THEY ARE SELLING IT FOR HAS NO INTENTION OF PROVIDING SERVICE. When calling Best Buy this is funneled through their Geek Squad...which should be renamed the Moron Squad. They don't have a clue! I have spent a significant amount of Money at Best Buy over the years. That is coming to a screeching halt. I am also making it my mission to spread the word to as many people as possible. read more

All we wanted to do was buy My Fair Lady. They have it in stock but God help you while you try to navigate the movie section. It looks as though it as organized by extremely intoxicated chimps. Alphabetical order? That's obviously for literate losers. Genre? Surely genre would make sense, but nope. That is not how Best Buy has decided to organize it. I'm sure an employee could help us. Oh, no. They just shrug their shoulders and say it's in the movie section but they have no idea where. But it's there. He thinks. Probably. He would have probably checked the shelf for us but even he had no idea where the hell it might be. So, good job Best Buy. I hate being lied to at stores which is why big box stores like this will die soon. And let me repeat: lied to, not misinformed by a poorly trained employee. Checked everything out in terms of guidelines for a price match before walking in, but as usual they do everything to prevent helping you match the price. Went to customer service to match a cm600 cable modem. The lady at first matched a $99 price, at which time I indicated the price was actually $79. She said she could do $89, but then changed her tune and said it wasn't the same model all of a sudden (she had already matched it) when I pointed out they only make one model, she said there is nothing they can do. Lies lies lies, hoping I'd purchase out of inconvenience. I walked out. I have gotten this same run-around for years. I can't wait to see Best Buy bankrupt, this is the last time I walk into one of your stores. read more

I am outstandingly frustrated with this location and am outstandingly angry at how poorly they addressed their mistakes. I called this store location on Aug 13 at 4:21 pm to make a reservation for help. I arrived today only to be told no one is qualified to help. They then pushed me to the side for half an hour to half-assed "help" other customers who were just as displeased. When they finally called me back up and brought in another staff member who was also unqualified to help, they fed me lie after lie as to why they acted the way they did. They finally beat around the bush enough to inform me the closest store qualified to help me was over an hour and a half away. I will NEVER be coming to this store again as it appears no one is qualified enough to be working the jobs that they do. 0/10 recommend, don't waste your time. read more

I made an appt for broken iPad screen. Really you just wait in line for your turn. But I got to a rep in about 8 mins. I handed over my iPad to Kristen and for the next 30 minutes she typed, looked at her screen and wrote some things down. Gave me a piece of paper and asked me to sign and fill out the back. About 15 minutes later I asked what was happening a she said she was doing diagnostics. Then I asked when it would be replaced and she said about a week. Another 15 minutes later she gives me another disclosure to sign, asks me if my contact information is complete. When I state the address is my second home she informs me the PC will be sent to the store and they will call me to pick it up. A little communication from Kristen would have been helpful to let me know what the process was, why it takes 30 minutes and when I would get it replaced. After I paid the fee she handed me the receipt and disappeared into the back room. If you have a choice don't go here. read more
