I have used Sungeek services since 2007 when I moved to Florida. The result is always efficient and very pleased. Recently I have personal tragedy. All my lifesavings were scammed. I reported to police and FBI. Police is investigating his fraud case. Police Janet asked me to provide the transaction history from my Coinbase account. I just went to the store as they wouldn't take my calls. I still have a printer issue that Mike did not repair. I took my computer in just now to see if they would connect the printer to my scan application, as Mike did not set it up. The female started yelling at me to get out, telling me I was on the video camera and I said all I wanted was for Mike to connect the printer. She started screaming at me to get out. I refused and said I wanted it fixed. Then Mike called the police on me to come and get me out of the store. I left. Unbelievable!!! read more

Too bad there are ZERO stars... Probably, one of the worse experiences I have had with a repair center. It was my first time, ever visiting a specialized PC repair place. The staff seemed lost and as if they had never dealt with a PC repair before. I should have followed my "gut instinct." After over $300.00 "repair," the computer came back worse than it was before. I asked if I could speak to a repair tech, but my request was declined. The data was unrecovered from the hard drive, yet there was a charge for it. Outstanding friendly service! My old laptop died and Sungeek's diagnostics confirmed what I expected, that it wasn't worth fixing. But I was able the same day to purchase a refurbished ''like new" similar laptop with more memory and much faster at a very reasonable price. I have an 8 year old MAC Mini and my hard drive totally crashed and froze up! I got an instant black screen with absolutely no way into safe mode. My entire business is embedded in this computer! I called around and received ridiculous price quotes and stuck up attitudes from other local computer repair companies! Be cautious when you get your computer repaired here. My computer required a new hard drive which they replaced as promised. Everything was professional. Keep in mind, their services are not cheap, but then again I wasn't looking for cheap; I was looking for professional, reliable and above all, a place I could TRUST. My old hard drive was returned to me with instructions as to how I might be able to get my old data. In setting up my new hard drive, I happened to notice that my old hard drive which was a 2TB had been replaced with a 1TB. My initial thought was that it could be some mistake made on their part. When I called to find out why my computer was downgraded, the woman's response to me was "That is what we always use. We always replace a hard drive with a 1TB" (almost suggesting that this is the norm and I should have known it). My response to her was "Why don't you tell people that or give them the option?". I explained that when they told me that they were replacing the hard drive, naturally I assumed that it would have been of the same storage capabilities. By not telling me, I consider their promise to be the "half-truth" which is really a lie. She got angry saying that I called them liars and hung up on me. When they tell you that they are going to "repair" your computer, don't assume that it will be in its "original" condition. Make sure you get them to specify what they mean by "REPAIR" or "REPLACE".
