I called Jetsons service for my LG washer. They were here within days. While here, I asked about a problem with an igniter on my Thermador cooktop. Losers- expect the delivery of my appliances on a certain date, they processed my payment- delays, one date promised, then another date, now three dates and the new delivery is now mid July. They get you in and then delay delivery but they have their money and you will be stuck with nothing but a fake promises for delivery. Suggestion go to Lowe's or Home Depot avoid these folks at all costs less aggravations of false promises fake promotions, etc. no great value dealing with these folks ! read more

I have been dealing with my GE refrigerator not working since early December , here it is March 11, and 7 service visits later , 25 parts ordered , not sure how many he actually replaced, hours wasted waiting for tech to arrive, loss of food and guess what , I still do not have a fully functioning refrigerator . Yesterday he came to replace a final part, asked why, now that it is working fine after last visit, he said GE told him to , then left abruptly , we thought he was coming back, and when we to put our food back in and noticed now the back light is now not working, it was before he came . This store sells their products on service, let me tell that is not the case. They have some of the poorest communication skills I have ran across of not contacting you to tell you what is going on when trying to resolve a problem. We bough a complete appliance package from them but one item did not get delivered and did not find out till the day they arrive. This held us up on getting an inspection needed for the home and were told be Jetson many times over the missing appliance will be delivered in a few days which turn into weeks. We have not need any warranty work needed as of yet, but not looking forward to it as from our past experience was horrible. read more

My refrigerator icemaker quit. I spoke to the manufacturer and got the part number. I called Jetson and asked if they could install an icemaker in my refrigerator model number and serial number was given to them. They said they had to come out and look at the refrigerator first which I had to pay upfront before they came and I had to chase them for a week to find out when they were going to install. When they finally gave me a date, I had to pay for the installation and the icemaker in advance before they came. When they finally did, it took a grand total of seven minutes from the time I walked in the door till they left. I wound up paying $539 for an icemaker that I could've bought from the manufacturer for $165-- an expensive lesson to learn. read more

First let me say I have purchased all my kitchen/standalone freezer and laundry products from Jetson TV & Appliance and always recommended them highly. I have always purchased their extended service contracts and never really need to us it,. However, I now have a refrigerator totally not working since March 19 2025 while under warranty. Today's date is April 24 they were coming to fix my refrigerator. I and was told oh the new part that came last week to repair my refrigerator is broken. So I come to find out that no one looked at it when it arrived a week ago until today when they were scheduled to finally repair my refrigerator. Now I am told they will repair my refrigerator on May 1. I will believe it when I see it. Also even though I was under warranty they charged me $110 service call. and $740 for labor to install the parts. I have to go to home depot and bye a small refrigerator just to get by, you cannot live out of a cooler for a month. There was another $250 we had to send because of such poor service from Jetson TV & Appliance service... So my under warranty refrigerator now cost me $1100 I would not recommend Jetson TV & Appliance service department for anything..... if you want appliance coverage find a 3rd party or go somewhere else for your appliances read more

DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. Several weeks ago we purchased refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and stove. The stove exterior surfaces around the edges of the appliance reach temperatures in excess of 200 degrees in less than five minutes. I've been burned twice. A technician came out and said this is normal. It absolutely is not normal. "Customer Service", which is anything but customer service, just called me and told me that they are not going to do anything whatsoever to remedy this dangerous situation. As a homeowner, and residential landlord, I have to purchase appliances more than the average customer; and time after time, I come back to Jetsons. In this post pandemic economy, when all you hear about is lack of inventory, it's nice to find a store that says, yes, it's in stock, and I can deliver it tomorrow. And as a former industrial engineer for a global delivery company, I know delivery better than most. I've already fired (permanently) one big box home everything store (the National one with the blue & white logo, headquartered in Mooresville, North Carolina) for using contractors that were dispatched out of Miami (90 miles south) that failed miserably on three separate attempts to deliver an appliance (first attempting the deliver a damaged appliance, then damaging my home then missing their appointment window. Not the case with Jetson's. Their delivery team were employees. On time; with a phone call when they were leaving their prior delivery. They quickly assessed the installation point, removed the old appliance, installed the new appliance free from damage to the house or appliance. What more can you ask for, good selection, deep inventory, fair prices, quick, safe delivery. That's the complete package. read more

Pretty good proof that they will follow through. We are in a strange time, suppliers don't always supply, workers don't always do the best work, Jetsons backed us up, they delivered with product & service. Thanks to them. We purchased a kegerator for our home for about $3,000. We made a point to go with Jetson because of their reputation for great customer service. Unfortunately Mark put an end to that for us. The installation team showed up but did not know how to install this thing. They put the tubing on backwards. After a simple google search, we were able to correct the problem ourselves. When we called the next day to notify them, nobody was around to take the call. We tried the store, the installation manager, and even the installer. It wasn't until we called back at 2:30pm that Mark deigned to get on the phone and ARGUE with us about refunding the installation price. He said he'd send his installers back to our home. But for what? WE got the appliance working correctly. I'd expect this level of service from BestBuy. Not Jetson. At least BestBuy calls the next day to see if we're satisfied... We were finally connected with a manager who refunded our $200 installation fee but what a complete disappointment. read more

I am very unhappy with the service my 90 year old mother just received from Jetsons appliances. She needed to get her microwave fixed. At the first service call, we were told she needed to get her magnetron replaced. When the technician returned the following week to do the repair, he laid a plastic backed cloth on her stove. he leaned against the stove and somehow managed to turn the temperature dial on the stove. The cloth began to smolder and emitted alot of smoke. My mother was terrified thinking that her condo was going to burn down. She called me hysterically--I had to jump in the car and drive thirty minutes to get to her place. The condo was full of smoke. He did clean the stove top but was unable to fix the microwave. He then take us she did not need a magnetometer but needed a fuse. I called customer service and complained. I do not think we should have to pay for this and my expectation was that they should not charge us. They refused to credit the service cost for $182 even though he was unable to fix the microwave and almost burned her condo down. we certainly did not get any service. They agreed to not charge us for the magnetron but will not credit service which is prepaid. They said maybe they will send her a gift card. This is no way to do business. We have used them for 30 years and never had any problems. At the very least, a sincere apology would have gone a long way. read more

I purchased a dishwasher and a refrigerator from JETSON and I also purchased a 5 year warranty on all the units. Of course this was near the end of the pandemic so there wasn't many units available and I was heading back north to go back to work. After awhile I called JETSON to come to my house and make repairs. So now if they come this Saturday as promise this will be the FIFT time to do the same repairs to my refrigerator. Up to now it still not fixed. This has been going on for months on top of months. So on 12-05-2023 I called and ask to speak to a manager which of course was not available and she would call me back . She did later that same day call back so I give her credit for that and that only. She spoke to me well not to me she spoke at me and said what she had to say, also she did not permit me to ask any questions, it was going to be way she said and only her way or I can hit the road is the message I got from her. By the way the mangers name is JESSICA one of the most unprofessional and rude people that I have ever spoke to. So I am posting this note not that I think JETSON will care or do anything to solve this matter. But just to warn people on what to except if they buy anything from JETSON TV and APPLIANCE and have an issue with their new appliances. So JETSON if you do read this please think about how you can help a customer who also purchased a 5 - FIVE warranty issued by your company. Please I am asking for a help it getting this unit working 100% or a full refund and you take your unit back or you can replace it with a new one unit, not damaged. Even the service tec who came to my house told me up front this appears to be have been damaged in transit. But they will try to repair it not to my my satisfaction just to what they think I should accept. My wife and I are both senior citizens and this maybe true how we are taking advantage of. I am not going to stand for this type of treatment from JETSON TV and Applianace of STEWART FLORIDA They are a very big company so my changes of them doing the right thing is questionable. i contacted Jetson for another service call. Luckily, we still have our warranty and the ice maker unit was replaced, as well as several other things done to fix the problem (hopefully permanently, but at the least for now). It was still disappointing that the technician that originally came out the first few times misinformed me that the problem could not be fixed. (You would think he would not want to keep coming out.) Joshua, the most excellent technician that fixed the problem, said he has been at Jetson's for 5 years and there has always been a service bulletin with a fix. (So still disappointing that it took 3 years to get this resolved.) We are hoping this permanently fixes the issue. Ask for Joshua for your service techinician. He is THE BEST. I am going to look through my paperwork for that initial technician's name that advised it could not be fixed so Jetson has a record. I stand by the "SAMSUNG appliances are NOT GOOD" statement. The dishwasher does NOT clean the dishes (really has never done a great job, but the past few months, it has left with the greasy feeling on them). I religiously keep the required finish jet dry product in the machine, but it is the worst dishwasher I have ever seen. If I could give no stars, I would. We purchased 3 major household appliances in January. Chose to shop there bc we wanted to support a local business. 2 appliances delivered on time. It's Mid-July and 3rd appliance, Bosch, still hasn't arrived. Now this isn't Jetson's fault. COVID effects in Germany have slowed everything wayyyyyy down. My issue is with the customer service we've received when we make polite and patient phone calls--these are not "Karen" calls--to get a status update. Note that *they* never call to inform that the expected arrival date has been changed. In the 6 months that have passed, I've made 5 calls. Each time I am told "the store is crawling with people right now--can somebody call you back?" Or "we are really busy, can you call back?" Or "sorry I can't help you. You need to speak to the person who sold it to you" [meanwhile, the person who sold it to me quit or was fired ages ago.]. It's clear they'd rather focus on potential buyers in the store rather than on customers who've already dropped their money there. I've been mocked, scolded, told to "just sit tight" (is a patient 6-month wait not sitting tight?) Nobody us ever even *faked* sympathy. Any decent salesperson knows to say something along the lines of "Gosh, I'm sorry. How frustrating." I had that figured out when I was 16 yrs old scooping ice cream at the mall. I guess customer service just isn't a priority for Jetson's. I do not recommend purchasing from this establishment. Treatment by at least 4 different employees (whose names I'll refrain from writing here) has been shoddy across the board. Potential customers: You've been warned. read more

Worst customer service. So disappointing as we've used them for years for all of our appliance purchases and always been happy with the service. I was the happy owner of a GE French door refrigerator which I purchased from Jetson's in Stuart. I was not happy when the appliance stopped working after 14 months. Jetson replaced the item with the same model and that stopped working after 2 months. I called the GE customer service department and they refused to help me out even though I obviously had a lemon. I spoke with Nancy (?) in the customer service department at Jetson's and explained my situation. Within minutes she understood my plight and told me to go to the Stuart store and pick out a new refrigerator. We selected a Whirlpool French door and are now extremely happy. Don't know how long this will last but we have confidence that Jetson has our backs and actually appreciates their customers. We are Jetson customers for life ! read more

Our Electrolux clothes dryer malfunctioned after 10 months. Several service calls by their technician. were unsuccessful so they gave up.. My job is still undone but I have to post this. Had a fridge issue. I have to wait a week for them to come out, only for them to say that they can't fix it and we have to order parts. We pay $1,750 for parts because a new fridge right now to fit that space is ridiculous. Yes you read that correctly! We wait two and a half more weeks to get in the schedule. Someone stays home ALL day for a 2-4 appt. The tech calls at 3:51 saying that it will now be between 4-6. At 4:20 the dogs start barking Because he is LEAVING the driveway. He never knocked or the dogs would have gone crazy. I then get a call from the service department stating he was there knocking and nobody answered the door. He never knocked, he sat in the truck so his tracker showed he was there. Now it is another 5 days to get them to come back out. You can't trust anything they say. Such a shame read more

Found myself in need of a new washing machine, and decided I was going with a SpeedQueen. These aren't sold at big box stores, and only a few local shops carry them. One shop I tried couldn't get one in for me for 3-4 weeks. Jetson's in Stuart had two models in stock and said they could deliver the next day. I was nervous to place my order over the phone (some Jetson's reviews are awful!) but I spoke with Ed, who took my order and scheduled delivery for the very next day. I was able to track my delivery via the app, and the delivery guys were professional and pleasant. Delivery, installation and haul-away of my old machine cost $80. I'm so glad I took a chance on Jetson's, and so far, I love my SpeedQueen! read more

I purchased a stacked speed queen washer/dryer from Jetsons and they didn't know anything about the product. The salesman, Mark, told us it would take a week to 10 days to be delivered. After weeks of double talk and false promises, we finally got it in our home a full month later. When they delivered it we saw that we needed an additional electric outlet for the machine... even though Mark assured us we only needed one outlet for a 220. Jetson's salesman did a price match on a Whirlpool bundle I found at BestBuy. And that was the end of the good part. They have yet to ship me the fridge. The salesman is useless. When I call to ask where the fridge is, he reminds me what a good deal he gave me on it and he got in trouble with the manager for h=giving me the deal. He has repeatedly offered to refund my money (??). I don't even think he ordered the item, or he sold me something that they don't make anymore and is just hoping I go for the refund. He lied to me. When I pointed out to him that he said that the refrigerator (which I have paid for but not received) included installation, he told me that he knows he didn't say that because they record all conversations and he listened to it. Even with alow ratings in yelp and google I decided to check them out. First bonus was having the most raved upon salesperson Corey greet me. Winner! We purchased a washing machine and dryer from Jetson's in Stuart in April of 2021. There was a delivery charge of $59.99 which we were advised of in advance. Then there was an installation charge of $85.00 for each machine. They did plug in the washing machine but they did not bring the proper plug for the dryer even though we paid extra for one. They said that was not the correct plug and said we would need to get an electrician. Left the dryer in the middle of the laundry room. I left messages for and emailed Tim on numerous occasions asking for a refund of the $85.00 installation fee. My calls and emails were ignored. He was professional and forthcoming regarding my situation. Jim, from the Ft. Pierce Distribution (warehouse), answered all of my questions in a matter of moments, found my refrigerator, found the hood, had a driver deliver the hood to my home personally and is having my refrigerator delivered to me tomorrow. He was professional, compassionate, listened to me and followed through with regards to all of my concerns. The delivery driver for the stove hood even sent a photo confirming item was at my home. However difficult this purchasing experience has been, I respect Chris and especially Jim for being so helpful and proactive. Frustrated, annoyed and angry. I purchased a Weber Summit grill from this establishment in September and have had nothing but problems. Calls to Jetson were ignored. I was told to call the Weber hotline. There are several problems with the grill. Jetsons agent told me they don't service Weber. Weber hotline can't diagnose the problem. I've spent almost $2000 on a grill that is useless. Absolutely not criticizing Weber. Their products are good. I believe the problems I'm having result from the way the grill was assembled at Jetsons. I will never shop there again. Their agents were dismissive and rude. read more

We recently tried to purchase a new dishwasher from Jetson in Stuart. David was helpful in selecting the right unit for us. The price was good. They did not have it in stock and said it would be 5 days until delivery and they would call. No call came and after a week we called and go the message machine. Several messages were left over the next couple of days. No call was ever returned. Finally after several tries I talked to an actual person. I was told it would be on the next Thursday truck and they would call. No call ever came. I called and the message machine again. Totally embarrassing bad customer service. It took them a week to schedule me in to look at my problem, another week to get the part in, and a third week to schedule me for the repair. This is an update... Steve, the repair person, was over on December 5th and basically rebuilt the replacement oven I was given. I give Steve 5 stars for his service. The oven is working so far... I am hopeful it will continue to function properly. I have given a second star to Jetson for better customer service on this second go around. I will not purchase anything from them again. read more

I purchased a GE Monogram refrigerator from Jetson over the phone on approximately March 9, 2018. I never received a receipt except the credit card charge. The refrigerator has NEVER worked properly since it was installed. From the date of install it leaked badly. The first time I called the store on March 18th they brushed my concerns aside and said it was probably condensation. The second time I called I demanded someone come out and look at it they scheduled someone on approximately and the technician could not find the problem (even though I had towels under the refrigerator to catch the leakage and many 6 inch icicles in the freezer compartment). The second time they sent a technician, approximately 3 days later the first week in April, he acknowledged there was a problem but said he could not fix it. Around April 10th I asked for my money back from the contractor department and from the store manager in Stuart. I asked that they pick up the refrigerator that I would rather have no refrigerator than one that leaks all over my cabinets and kitchen. They told me they did not have the authority to do this that only the service manager could make that call. The third time they sent the Service Manager he was very helpful and fixed most of the leaks but shortly after that visit the refrigerator started making loud chugging noises. Additionally, the water maker leaks. I paid almost $10,000 for this refrigerator - which is incredible amount of money - and it is a piece of junk. I believe Jetson's sold me one that is a "second" or a return because this one did not come with the factory box and they had it on hand. However, they did not give me a discount or tell me it was a reconditioned unit. Jetson's sent a technician on April 29th. They informed me that I should call GE and try to get a new refrigerator from them that they could not fix the problem. This refrigerator has cost me MONEY. I have lost 4 days of work and this refrigerator has damaged my kitchen cabinetry - it has split the wood in places because of the water draining. I have made hours of phone calls being passed between the sales department and the service department and store management. No one claims they can make the decision to replace this horrible piece of junk and I am extremely disappointed in GE products and Jetson Appliance. read more
