She is, without a doubt, one of the most patient, kind, and compassionate people I've ever encountered in the phone industry. Not only did she quickly get me set up with an upgraded phone, but she also found a way to lower my monthly plan, something I wasn't expecting at all. The biggest challenge came when we realized I hadn't backed up my phone in three years. With my screen barely functioning, I honestly thought I had lost all those memories for good. Aerica went above and beyond. She used her own phone as a guide to carefully navigate mine, helped me back everything up, and even assisted me in getting enough iCloud storage so this wouldn't happen again. The entire process took about two hours, and not once did she show any frustration or impatience.
