It took calls, recieved text, charged properly, everything was good other than a broken touch screen (the glass wasn't even broken). He told me no problem I will have it done in 30 minutes. I told him I would come back tomorrow and pick it up. Well I came back 2 days later and he gave me my phone and told me the battery wasn't working right I might need to change it out. $75 labor out the door. I go home charge it it doesn't work can't swipe down or no back buttons or home buttons are working (Samsung 4). So I take it back, he says ok no problem I can fix it give your old parts. So I leave it 2 more days. Come back and he's like well got it but I want to charge it up. So I wait an hour or so. He hands it to me with a rubberband and says dont mess with it for an hour until the glue dries. Ok so I take it home let sit all night. Then next day plug it in. It gets really hot after charging for an hour. And has lines going through the screen. I call him and he says ok bring back i will try to reset the program. So i leave it and text and call and show up. He wasn't there (during business hours) he doesn't return text or calls. Finally i go in one day, he says ohhh something is wrong and it can't be fixed. I can "give you a refund or get you another phone that is the same cost as what I paid. Ok cool I wait he gives me a phone I take it to my carrier they say it's not for this carrier. So I go back he tries to tell me they are wrong because he looked it up. Then tries to sell me on an I phone for more money. Not happening just get me a phone that works or get my money back. A day, a couple of days, then a week. And I show up again he's not there at 11:45. Try to call he sends me a text and says he here's the tracking number it hasn't come yet. Ok I look it up it says tried to deliver but could access building ( no one was there). So he says ok I will pick it up.....a day, 2 days, the weekend. Nothing. So then Monday "ohh I have been busy" Tuesday he says I will have your phone at 4p.m. come by. At this point it's been 3 weeks. I go in today and he tells me oh i dont have one that works for you. But you can buy this one instead. Having enough of his stupidity i said forget it give a refund. He tells me "well since we replaced the part and labor cost I'm only giving you 45 back." After an argument on poor business practices he gives me 42 dollars and says well I don't have change so you need to leave while I deal with other customer and I will lock up a d get change. I told him to go eat a dick and give me my money back. Then argument then harassment from his family member (aka drug dealer). Told him I wasn't leaving without at least the money you say now your gonna give me. He calls the cops we have a conversation with them. He sends his family member to get change and he refunds $48 cause apparently that's 45 plus tax. I leave. This is the worst business I have ever been to in my life. If they spent as much time fixing things as they do smoking meth and selling drugs you could have a successful business. I was given the phone number and name and email of the owner. In which the number is for a track phone and no one picks up the phone. Email comes back as no good. And we will see. I will sue you for misleading and malicious damage to my phone. Please make sure unless you need drugs do not walk in this establishment. Ali will make you feel like he knows what he's doing but in reality (per our conversation) he has never been trained formally nor did he ever work on phones professionally before this job. Ali shouldn't be allowed to run a air compressor let alone a "cell phone repair store" I noticed other reviews that say they never give out phone numbers well here its 813-524-7622 . Jalal aburas is the name of supposed owner email is precisionpoint4978@gmail.com good luck. This place should be shut down. This was removed so I will post it again. On top of its removal. I have been contacted on yelp and threatened with physical violence because of this post. I will not be bullied and I will post this every time you remove it. And to the trash that wants to beat me up because the truth is out. I am reporting you to the police. Check google reviews as well. Well documented how if you write a review they dont like they will verbally attack you online. Real professionals here.

It was pretty clear they are still in learning mode but they were nice which is why I have bumped up my rating. They sell pre-paid wireless plans excluding boost mobile. This appears to be a shipping center as well although its not nearly as sophisticated as UPS / Fedex stores and even less than your established all-in-one anyname postal store. Heads up. I was asked to leave it as they need additional time for repairs. Upon returning the next day, to pick up my phone the screen along with screen protector was broken. The shop didn't cover the cost nor repair it and added the fee for a replacement screen. As I'm using it that night, it felt very hot (overheating) specially as it was charging. When I touched the screen there's a shadow/ghost then an unresponsive screen appeared. I returned the next day and the they preform a hard reset. I mentioned to check the battery since it's overheating and his response was " after so many updates the battery swells" My IPhone didn't have this issue when I originally dropped it off but after the "so-called" repair to my speaker issue along with breaking my screen, additional issues arise. I don't recommend this established because my speaker still isn't fixed, and was charged additional for "screen" repairs that the tech caused along with damages to the batteries. Never had issues with my phone now it freezes and I have to do a hard reset every time it freezes for taking my phone here. iPhone 12 Pro Max.This place is highway robbery.

Back glass was $150 to replace and battery was $100. My appointment was at 12:30pm on a Saturday and I picked up my phone about 4 hours later. Back glass looks nice. Guy working on it was friendly. Battery honestly doesn't seem that much better, but you can tell it was replaced because IOS complained about it after turning on my phone. Their prices are about average. Online reservation and service selection was super easy. And folks working there were nice. Highly recommend.
