Also the placement of the screen seemed to not fit for my iphone 15, it was not flushed against the frame and stuck out about 2mm looking as if it was floating on top of the device itself. Which leads me to my final issue. Due to the fact the screen replacement was not flushed to the device frame, I completely shatters within in 2 months of the last time I repaired a screen with them, this is WITH THE SCREEN PROTECTOR. I was charged over $300, the product was not worth that amount. DO NOT GO HERE. I even asked them when I picked up my phone if they use the same screens as apple and if they were apple certified, they said yes which was not true considering apple has strong materials that make up the phone. My device even had an error saying it was not an apple part and was not installed correctly. With that said, save your money, go to apple or learn to do it yourself.

This is a place you DO NOT WANT TO DO BUSINESS. When you come in they ask you what price you were…read moretold previously which leads me to believe that their pricing is not standardized and are randomized based on demographics or race. I have seen another person mention the same on Yelp. They fixed my screen on my Samsung s22 Ultra, and within 3 days it was cracked. I brought it back in within the 30 day period and they would not honor the warranty. Told me I dropped it or applied too much pressure to it which was completely untrue. Blame the customer when you use subpar parts. I paid $150 for a screen that didn't even last a week!!!! Then I asked them to transfer my data to a new phone, and I left it there for 2 1/2 hours only to come back and be told they could only charge the phone to 2% which I know is untrue because I am charging it now and it is at 85%. Don't waste your time or hard earned money here. Trust me on this. This is a very untrustworthy business with shady practices. Rodrigo Reis is the owner and he should do better. When you don't treat people right don't expect to be in business for long.

I a very disappointing experience with this business. I spent $139 to have my phone screen…read morerepaired, and within two months, the screen began malfunctioning randomly ending calls and sending messages on its own. When I returned for a repair, the staff initially denied any record of the service and even accused me of lying. After showing proof of payment through my bank statements, I was told the screen "wasn't theirs" but they'd replace it anyway. The technician also warned me that if the screen failed again, they wouldn't replace it again--despite the original employee assuring me their screens came with a warranty. I accurately described the original employee who sold me the screen, and was told he was "on vacation," offering no further resolution. After the second repair, the replacement screen started blacking out shortly after. At that point, I refused to return. To make matters worse, I was also charged $25 for a phone case that has already started to discolor within days. Poor product quality, poor customer service, and no accountability. I would strongly advise against getting your phone repaired at this location.
