You get what you pay for, especially customer service in this case. And the plan I got, including a new phone, was not that much more expensive and is a much better value all things considered. Dylan at the White Hall AT&T store was happy to be more than helpful and is very knowledgeable and kind. I observed another staff member helping an elderly couple, and he was just as welcoming and helpful.
