Without contacting me first which is not the way business is done. I was told there was a mistake and the item had been sold in store. I have no way of knowing if they made a mistake or this was an error but I asked if perhaps they could give me a deal on another Gibson Guitar. I was told that they have 8 stores and they cannot make deals on other stores merchandise. So they screwed up and would not honor the sale or sell me a replacement. I would not buy from this establishment's stores at any price. STAY AWAY!!!!
