I had read a few reviews and found it's pretty common to get crappy service from all Verizon stores in town. I can tell you we came in to buy a refurbished, and she got us quite a deal on a new Galaxy S21 with 5G. A rocket ship of a phone. Took a half hour, very nice and impressive work. It is everything I needed and more. The transfer of data from my old phone to this one was everything, including all the apps. How in the hell did she do that! We had to pay $24.97 in UPS fees just to have our packages rerouted to a UPS Access location just so we can get the Amazon items we ordered. So everything is now going to be a week late for delivery. I can't recommend having anything shipped here because the value just isn't there. You'll end up with notices from UPS saying the business is closed, can't access the Amazon locker, etc. Will never have packages sent there again and we had to file a complaint with Amazon.
