There's a new girl in town. Her name is Adrianna. She's been there a few months and is the best in customer service. I had read a few reviews and found it's pretty common to get crappy service from all Verizon stores in town. I can tell you we came in to buy a refurbished, and she got us quite a deal on a new Galaxy S21 with 5G. A rocket ship of a phone. Took a half hour, very nice and impressive work. It is everything I needed and more. The transfer of data from my old phone to this one was everything, including all the apps. How in the hell did she do that! Now, just few log-ins and it's like my old phone, only faster, triple the battery life, and still connects to my smart watch. Save your time and money and go see her. We are so glad she was there. Rushed here after work; drove 30 minutes from my house. Checked online and it says open until 6pm. Arrived at 5:50 and doors were locked. Young girl inside went hiding in back when she saw me. She finally came to the door after we stared inside and waved her down. She said they lock the doors early and her till was done so she couldn't do anything for us anyway. Another search revealed they are open until 7. Update your hours. Educate your employees on what closing time means. This man saved the day,Trevor Anderson. My friend from Phoenix came to visit me in Golden Valley and we spent the day in Oatman taking pictures. She has a Galaxy 6 that she was unfamiliar with being a new phone. Some how after taking pictures I put the phone in my pocket and it locked. She didn't know the password. We went to the other Verizon store on Hwy95 and was given (2) 800 #'s to call to try and fix the problem. Not giving up and sending her back to Phoenix with no phone, we stopped at this store and was Lucky enough to get Trevor who was more than happy to help us out. Told him the story---he took the phone and within minutes was able to fix the problem. Thanks to Trevor we enjoyed the rest of the visit and I sent her on her merry way back to Phoenix with a working phone. read more

Watch your bills carefully here! I was obligated to "pay the first month" insurance when I purchased my phone; a tablet came with it. I noticed 2 recurring fees on my bank statement that turned out to be insurance payments for both the phone and tablet. I had to cancel the insurance myself when I finally noticed the billing. Ditto with a phone line from Verizon. When I inquired why my bill was so high it was because they'd signed me up for an additional phone line for the tablet. They charged me a $100 fee to disconnect the tablet line. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. There was no sign posted saying mask required. They let you wonder around the store first, then when the staff approaches you they ask you to put a mask on. ( put a sign on the door) Luis was so pushy and never stopped talking trying to oversell everything and practically insult you if your phone was an older model. Yeah, I don't need another $1000+phone bro, when mine works just fine. They had nothing in stock. So before making a decision, actually just avoid coming to this store all together. Unfortunately, I had to go back to pick up my watch 2 days later ( as it was not in stock) and It happened to be a no mask day, when 2 days prior it was a big deal and a company policy and I had to wait almost an hour for a watch pick up. ( I was going out of town and needed it ; otherwise would've been out of there) there was one girl working the front, someone else sitting in the back and only coming out occasionally, but not helping? And then had the audacity to say thank you for your patience? Update: I just got my phone bill and was supposed to be enrolled in paperless to save more money and this did not happen, and I didn't want insurance on my phone and Luis put it on anyways. So had to call Verizon and deal with all that. I guess you have to babysit READ EVERYTHING AND PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT HE SIGNS YOU OR DOESNT SIGN YOU FOR. I have had nothing but problems with this store!! I wish I got names when I went in or called because Verizon would know who to talk to about this issue. They could always look at the notes to who wrote them. In January, I was having trouble with my S9 phone (speaker going out), went to this verizon store. The girls that helped me did the factory reset and lost all my contacts. Then proceeded to get a return going for my phone. When I went and picked up my phone the girl who helped me with the new phone, set everything up and asked if I wanted a cheaper insurance, she talked me into GRIP....UGH!! She did not change the IMEI #, so after 6 months I am having issues again with this phone dropping calls. I called the store, they referred me to GRIP. I couldn't get the insurance to do anything because the IMEI# was wrong. Went back to the store and all I got from the girls is they couldn't find out anything for me, I had to do all the footwork myself. I asked why I had 2 insurances, they told me to call the insurance company to find out. I asked why she couldn't because you signed me up for both, she said she didn't want to be liable. She said the insurance company wont give her any information. So I was paying for two insurances because the girl that signed me up for GRIP didn't take of the verizon insurance. I asked if I could get the refund to 1 of the insurances because they neglected to take me of the other. The girl told me she didn't know, that "I" needed to call the insurance company and ask!! When I called the actual verizon on the phone they apologized for the way I was treated. But of course being a "satellite" store, there is nothing Verizon can do. Check your bill these people rip you off, always check their work. Don't let them talk you into GRIP, this insurance is from the retail stores, not verizon. May be cheaper but they don't cover anything and a big out of pocket deductible. AND all this horrible treatment my phone was under warranty. This store neglected to even acknowledged that my phone was under warranty. THIS STORE SUCKS!!! Customer service is NONE!! I could go on and on....but it would be way too long!!! read more
