Then the help stated that it wasn't his problem the warehouse sent the wrong part and that he did not like my attitude and if I wanted I could just leave. By this point I didn't even raise my voice. I was shocked to get his response and asked to speak with a manage. To my surprise he said he was the manager. Again he said he did not like my attitude and I could leave if I wanted. I asked how long would it take for the right part to come in and he told me about 4 hours later. For a manager to not have any customer service skills at all does not reflect well on oriellys. Don't think I will be back. On line auto parts are way cheaper and without be harassed!

Another question, then the first 4 numbers of my social security number. NOPE I said I don't give out my number and Why do you need it here is my American Express CC. They needed it for a credit check said the rep. Why I asked, by this time I'm thinking this is too much of an invasion here. I said my credit is locked so they can't check and she said I understand and Just stood there. I asked why they needed all this info about me . The rep said in case I buy a phone . I said I wont but to no avail. So because I refuse to give my ss# and unlock my credit I can't buy the streaming service. My info has been found on the dark web from 2 companies that did not protect my info as well as I have been doing. T Mobile has had customer data breaches in 2021 and 2017 and it affected millions and millions of their customers info. WHY WOULD I GIVE THEM MY INFO IF THEY CANNOT PROTECT IT???!!!!! I think their practice is totally unreasonable since they cannot protect me and clearly they don't care because they still insist people give them that info. NOPE, T Mobile this is beyond what I will do for streaming . Grace

So I decided that surely a true military issued back pack would be more than durable enough. I was right!! David asked me how tall my grandson was and what he is required to carry in the bag. Also he needed to know my budget. It didn't take but 5 minutes and I had the bag I knew would last the last 3 years of his high-school time, one he would actually like and one I could afford. Thanks so much David!! This grandmother sure did appreciate your assistance!! Everyone should check David's Military Surplus out in Sale Creek, TN!!

This is my one stop shop for my dog and most outdoor needs. Don't be fooled by the name, they sell…read moremore than tractors or the supply. I've been coming to this location for quite sometime. When you walk in you see a little of everything. From clothing, shoes, guns, grills, plants and much more. I'm in here at least once a month for dog food. Instead of paying $70 for healthy grain free dog food (pup is allergic to all the gmo corn), it's about 38 bucks. I have gotten so many things here and will keep coming back because they have a great customer service and everything for outdoor work and play that I need.

I really enjoy Tractor Supply this time of year…read more I needed my weekly supply of chicken and duck feed so I headed up to the TSC in Cleveland. This is my preferred TSC location as they aren't maskholes. I walked in, no mask, and was greeted with a smile, at least I think it was a smile. I headed straight back to the feed area and started loading up the bags I needed. To my surprise, I ran in to a buddy of mine that helped me decide on some winter feed. I had been buying layer feed every week and he suggested I switch over to some scratch grain for the winter, since my hens won't be laying much during the cold. As I was looking around, I began to notice the mix of feed from fowl to livestock with no clear line of demarcation. That's the only problem with TSC. Things tend to blend in. I also like shopping the herbicide and really wish they had more options available, similar to what our local CO-OP has. Either way, I really love our TSC in Cleveland. The people make the experience great. Thanks TSC!

I've asked twice for an email of my daughters prescription and keep getting told by the same person that "it will be sent later on" and never receive the email. the same employee also refused ordering trial pair of contacts for my daughter because none were in stock. We've been in between brands trying to find what works best for her. Her 3 year old brother flushed her most recent down the toilet and was told that nothing could even be ordered without making ANOTHER appointment.... mind you, I've already paid for this appointment when she had her exam done and per insurance, another isn't covered. Wish I could say that I understand, but my child needs to see.
