Since this shop was located near my house, had a great online rating, and fixed computers, I decided to give them a try. I telephoned first (I spoke to Edgar) to make sure he could do my needed computer repair, and he could. Edgar is amazing! He is very friendly, super nice, very professional, very knowledgeable, and affordable. In my opinion, Edgar goes above and beyond to ensure great customer satisfaction. I cannot recommend Edgar enough! I walked in with a simple computer issue, he had said that it would take about 30 to 45 minutes to do my needed repair, but within about 15 minutes, he had completely fixed my computer the way I had wanted. He does great work and I am very satisfied with the work that he did on my computer. His expertise, professionalism, and efficiency are truly unmatched. I find it rare to find someone in the cellphone repair and computer repair industry who is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but who is also honest and dedicated to doing top quality work while providing superior customer service.
