I brought in a few special pieces into the store that are invaluable to me; my grandmother's eternity ring and wedding band. I didn't know what to do with them and with their help I had it made into one ring that I wear daily. It got a renovation without losing it's originality. I have also purchased a cross for my daughter's godmother and my mom has also had them fix jewelry. They are honest and affordable. Their selection of pieces are amazing and no matter how little or much you have to spend, they will help you find the perfect item for you or for a gift

I have been a customer of Kool Pool for several years but noticed that the quality of the service…read morehad declined. I researched and interviewed several companies but before I switched to a competitor, we sold our home. In the spring of 2023, the owner, George, hired a manager, Robert, and out-sourced his bookkeeping to Elysium Accounting, located in AZ. Since then phone calls, texts and emails are not returned or even acknowledged. Refunds for over payment are not provided (they owe me money as a result of an over-payment caused by an incorrect invoice). What makes the situation even more frustrating is that over a month ago I reached out to them, and have continued to over the last 3 weeks, without any response to my communication voicemails, texts and emails. There are highly professional companies serving Palm Desert that I can recommend BUT this is not one of them!

I sent David a few images I found on Pinterest of what I wanted the arrangements to be and he knocked it out of the park!!! I wanted the flower arrangements to reflect the soft colors and messy textures and the gorgeous Californian desert and that's exactly what I got! Those toffee roses, oh my, the most beautiful color I've ever seen. The flowers worked beautifully with my ivory satin dress, with our dark wooden arch and light beige table decor. This is true artistry in its purest form! My bridal bouquet is now drying out very beautifully and will bring me joy all throughout winter months. Thank you David and team!
