Communication was easy. Delivery was smooth and friendly. They included a free sample of another strain with my order, which was a nice surprise. The strain I ordered, it didn't have a ton of bag appeal. However, the effects made up for the looks. * Updating review to say, I just read about ugly but potent buds and that describes my strain. So good! A real pleasure doing business with Best Friends Farm. 10/10 would purchase from them again. Nice to patronize a local, family owned business as opposed to a large multi store dispensary.

I can honestly say they left with big smiles on their faces. This place is a must for anyone visiting the Coachella Valley for many reasons. Not just for what their name implies, but for the relaxed atmosphere. They have a beautiful glass-enclosed filtered lounge with many condiments on each table to help you enjoy your purchase. Big screen TV's on the wall to enjoy a sporting event if you wish. I saw a multitude of patrons utilizing this lounge and they all seemed to be enjoying themselves. Not only do they have the Canna but in the same building is a must chicken establishment call "Chic Next Door". We ordered the chicken sliders with incredible fries and a dipping sauce to die for. I found out the chef was a Cordon Bleu-trained Chef and this chicken recipe was his creation! All five of us agreed this was incredible chicken. My cousins said they couldn't wait for their next trip back to visit not only the Coachella Canna Club but to enjoy the chicken as well. 5 stars

A far cry from the usual, chaotic mess of a typical U-haul center. My moving pod was ready to go, clean, in good condition, and had the promised moving blankets. The trailer was in great condition too. As they are a contractor and not a full Uhaul center, supplies are somewhat limited, but they still offered boxes, dollies, furniture blankets, etc. Just make sure you arrange for all your supplies ahead of time in case something isn't available (they can arrange to have things delivered before you arrive.) Overall, I would absolutely do business with this place again, rather than go to a closer U-haul center as they really have their act together; a calmer, customer focused experience.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I do not recommend this business…read more I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Coachella Valley Floral Distributors for my wedding at Drift Palm Springs on May 3rd. Unfortunately, the florals delivered were very different from what was discussed and from the reference photos and instructions I provided (photo attached). My bouquet (bride) did not reflect the requested design -- I had specifically asked for little to no white flowers, all six bridesmaids colors to be included, to match the tropic vibe of the alter, and for the arrangements to be adjusted in size if necessary to stay within budget (photo attached). My bridesmaids had the smallest Calla Lilys when I was promised, pageant style bouquets for them with my Maid of Honors having cascading pieces to match my bouquet (photo attached). Which none did. In addition, the altar florals appeared unfinished (photo attached) , and several guests mentioned they saw them still being arranged while seated for the ceremony (photo attached). The delivery was also significantly delayed, which caused me to miss having florals in all of my pre-ceremony photos and disrupted our timeline since we could not take family photos in the ceremony space before hand. The bouquets where passed out just moments before my ceremony music began. What upset me most, was being approached by the vendor regarding her personal life events immediately before walking down the aisle. I understand unexpected situations can happen, but addressing them with me, the bride, at that moment added unnecessary stress during an already emotional time and was extremely inappropriate. She also promised a refund for the bouquets which I have yet to receive. More than anything, I wish there had been honesty and communication throughout the process. Had I known earlier that there were issues fulfilling the order as discussed, I would have appreciated the transparency and had the opportunity to make other plans. Instead this vendor continued to tell my coordinator she was "on her way" for over three hours. This vendor has not contacted me since. I have reached out requesting resolution and a refund multiple times, but there has been no response. Overall, the service, communication and final product did not reflect what was agreed upon, especially for such an important day.
