I had a question a couple of days later about drain on my car battery in parking mode and they show me a switch that would shut off my cam if my battery drain got below 12.1 volts. I know very techy, but these guys know their techy business! This is the second dashcam that they installed, and they are very fair on their price. I waited in their shop while they installed since I live 20 miles away and they made my wait very comfortable and were done under what they estimated the installation time would take. We are lucky to have such a good business to do our vehicle installations on audio equipment!!

BEFORE AAA APPLIANCE: I've turned to DIY after a lot of bad experiences with home and car repair businesses in Clovis, NM. I will search online car and electronics forums or YouTube anytime I have a broken appliance or vehicle. I usually buy parts online and repair things myself. However, too busy with the mayhem of kids at home and remote work, along with a growing laundry backlog, I felt it necessary to outsource. Maytag customer service connected me to AAA Appliance as the local Clovis Maytag specialist. AAA APPLIANCE EXPERIENCE: The person who answers phones at AAA was the nicest phone call I've had with a business in ages. She made sure to get all my information and issues down. She scheduled an appointment for only 2 days later and called to remind me the day before. On the scheduled appointment day, a polite gentleman called a few minutes before arrival. He showed up to my home on time and with a face mask. He asked some questions, ran some tests, and explained the dryer issue clearly. His diagnosis is that my vent leading to the outdoors required cleaning and I'd have to hire a different company. He adjusted a hose and put everything back in it's place. Finally, he took my credit card to charge the diagnostic fee. It was affordable even without a warranty. Here's where the trouble begins. I brought my town car in, he installed everything, I drove it out of his parking lot and 3 blocks(if that) down the road the car died, I had never had any problems with this car (It's a Lincoln) So I restarted it and worked on getting it to my house only a few more blocks away, it died, and died, and died.. and by then I could smell gas so strong I was pretty much getting high. Finally got it in my driveway, got out and looked under the car, it was pouring out gas. He ended up drilling this damn amp to the gas tank AGAIN! Before I was even able to get the car back to him though, the amp I just paid for and he installed died. He sent it off, I got it back it worked for another week and died again, I brought it back, he implied that i was messing with it, even though I had NEVER touched it. He sent it off again.. got it back and another week later it died.. after that he said he wasn't dealing with it and I was screwed. And this was like a $600 amp. I would recommend that people stay as far away from this place as possible.
