Stupendous service…read more I recently went to go find these Teeny Totes and I knew it would be a stretch since it was close to Christmas time. I first asked associate Brian for help and not only did he direct us to where they are but also he double checked with his manager to make sure his information was still up to date. Then I went to the checkout with Ime and she went above and beyond and even wrote down my number to call and see if they did find more totes. Then she found an extra one for me! Then I passed By Brooklyn on the other checkout side and she gave us more spots to check because she saw how we wanted more totes. Making sure we covered every inch of the place. Of course, the place was partly organized, partly rummaged through by wild kids and frustrated adults. The worst part was the wait for the dressing room. The back dressing room area which is much larger was blocked off and closed for some reason. The front two rooms were occupied what seemed for hours by other customers. Piles of clothes were left behind in the room I went inside. Check your merch thoroughly before purchasing. I saw issues with one item that caught my eyes. The cashier was a very sweet young lady. The infamous chain retail store in a plaza on the other side of the North Plains Mall near Ulta and Marshalls.
