The worker we spoke to seemed disappointed we didn't go there to buy anything, interrupted us before we could finish explaining, and told us they "don't do that here," and to call the AT&T phone number or look online or something other then them helping us walk through the process. The worker sat back down and didn't even tell us goodbye. Very rude, unprofessional, unhelpful. We had to figure out the process ourselves. My mom has been an AT&T customer for 23 years and has never dealt with such rude service before, but that's in the lower 48 so I guess it's difficult here. Very disappointed, I won't go here to buy anything and I don't recommend anyone to go here.

We have had pretty good experiences with the two AT&T stores we have gone to recently. It was somewhat busy but we were approached immediately to get us on the list for assistance. About half a dozen people ahead of us and we wandered the store, waiting our turn. The gentleman that helped us was quick to get us squared away, did some set up of new devices and we were on our way. There wasn't much to it, since we had already visited another store prior to this stop. We walked out happy with our purchase and the assistance received.

AT&T, this is beyond frustrating…read more Your posted hours online say you open at 10:00 AM. The sign on the door also says 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. I arrived here at 10:00, and now it is 11:05 and the store is still not open. What makes it worse is the phone number listed for this location is just as bad. Sometimes it automatically hangs up, other times it rings with no answer, and then hangs up again. That defeats the whole purpose of having a store number if customers cannot even reach anyone for basic information. If the store is going to be closed, delayed, or opening late, at least put a notice on the door or update the hours online so people are not wasting their time sitting outside waiting. That is basic customer service and basic respect. Even UPS just showed up and no one came to the door. They are literally leaving things outside because no one is here. This is exactly why people get frustrated with AT&T service. Bad phone support pushes people to come into the store, and then the in-store experience is just as bad. Treat your customers better. Update your hours. Respect people's time.
