I could barely understand due to the loud noise in the background & the thick accent didn't help. The agent says what seemed to be a practiced excuse, she asks to give them a day or two. I did, i called back three days later. Same excuse, asking for more days to work on it & the status was the same update from when I dropped off Thursday nite according to the status line. I was in the area and dropped by, explained to staff that I had not gotten any type of resolution or answers. He promptly said he would put a rush on it. Next day, I got a call that it was ready. Now the flawed process that put the cherry on top. I arrived & looks like I was third inline. As I was getting closer more people arrived after me. While I understand an appointment is needed for service, I was not seeking service. I was there to collect my property. The people after me started crying that they had appointments, when I was next. So when the geek heard her crying, he jumped to give her attention over me while I was next in line. He mentions they had appointments, I mentioned if I needed an appointment for pick up? So, the people that came after me got service before me. Two customers to be exact, I sat back down & observed this flawed process as I had no choice but to wait. I was passed up. I was physically next & didnt need an appointment. Best buy please do better.
