I recently bought a new computer from them and it was the same excellent service. This store has been amazing for me and I will only go there to purchase any Apple products I need.

We had checked on our phones with the APPLE APP that stated that it was available for purchase and pick up at this location. The Guy proceeded to tell us that it was not available and ended with that. We said okay that's fine, and then asked if there were any MacBook Neo available and he stated yes and to go over to the "order pick up table". My fiancé and I arrived to the table and saw a team member kind of slouched over the table and when we approached her she stated are you here to pick up an order? We said no and then she said well who sent you over here? I said the guy that greeted us in the front. Already- I am annoyed, cause 1. WHY are you annoyed? 2. The whole time we were talking, she was slouched over ( in a lazy way), she was not making any eye contact with us at all! I was the one that was purchasing the MacBook Neo, but she would ask questions or talked to my fiancé instead, like she did not even acknowledge that I was there. He also stated to her that I was the one that is buying it and to redirect her questions to me. 2 more people arrived at the table for pick up but she seemed annoyed. Her mannerisms and attitude was very below average. She spoke very low and I had to lean into her to and ask her to repeat herself which just made her more annoyed. The other gentleman that had arrived maybe 20 minutes after us later then asked if she can get another person to the table to assist them and that is when she went over and grabbed " Jake" to come and assist. Jake was pleasant and kind and was able to answer all of our questions and gave us reassurance and was able to assist us with placing an order for a Mac mini. If it wasn't for Jake, I would have said F this and drove to another location that is out of my way. The team member that was at that table I later found out by her name tag was " Ivy". There was no introduction no nothing just " Who sent you here". Like TF? She was also wearing a mask which okay cool but with her speaking low it made it difficult to hear and understand her while slouched over the table the whole damn time! very not approachable! Honestly, we came here to purchase some items from Apple, and yet members of this team made it so difficult to communicate and buy, like it was a burden that we are in there spending hundreds of dollars. I am so surprised that this location is nice, so you expect that the customer service was also going to be nice as well but ended up being trashy attitudes when it comes to purchasing an item. Out of the 3 people from that location, 1 was nice, attentive and actually showed that he cared about the items we were buying. So Jake, thank you so much for that day, but after that I think I rather go to another Apple Store-for sure if you come here you will leave frustrated. -2/10

The whole experience with AT&T has been awful. Everyone in the PNW should be warned to stay away…read more Terrible service (network) and terrible service (customer service). Can barely get a signal all over Portland. Both T-mobile and Verizon are way better. When I signed up they added a bunch of stuff to my bill that I had to call and have removed. I never signed up for their insurance (the phone was insured with AppleCare). I finally decided to end the contract when they charged me extra every day that I was abroad though I never agreed to this and barely used my phone outside of hotel wifi. Their website said I could continue to use the phone while abroad and there was no mention of additional charges (though I'm they'll claim it was hidden on the fine print). When I switched to Verizon today I found out AT&T doesn't let you do that and that they carrier locked my phone so even though I have already left and signed up w/ Verizon, Verizon can't give me service until Tuesday because unlocking somehow takes 48 hours. Bad selection of phones too. Overpriced especially considering that it's the worst option in Portland. And this particular shop is sooooo slow. We were on there for hours while they tried to get everything to work. Geez.

Don't know where you were in hurry to get to. And frankly I don't care. But the complete disrespect you showed to us is unforgivable. And we have been with this company for decades!

Could have walked in to their location, but why? If you can't return an email, you're suspect on servicing my electronics.

My experience here was truly unpleasant and infuriating…read more I stopped in to the Pearl location on 4/27. My phone has a loose speaker grill and the front glass of my phone needs to be replaced, as it is so scratched that the selfie camera is unusable. First off, despite being the only customer in the store, I had to wait ~5 minutes before the clerk came out of the back room. When he finally appeared I asked about the needed repairs, and the clerk said, "Sure I can do that." Then he told me that all he could do for the speaker was squirt some superglue up into the speaker port/grille and that it "might fix the issue but usually doesn't and blocks the speaker. But that's the only thing I can do about that." So the "Sure I can do that" was just a lie. That isn't a repair, that is squirting superglue and hoping for the best. Luckily I managed to stop him before he did it without verifying that I actually wanted him to do it. He quite literally was already reaching for the glue until I said "Well, then I absolutely don't want you to do that." THEN the clerk proceeded to pull out a screen protector box, and began opening it. When I saw him get the screen protector out, I asked him, "Is that a screen protector? Because I actually need the front glass replaced." He didn't stop what he was doing, continued applying the screen protector, and just said, "That's not worth it." Despite the fact that I already explained to him that I had a VERY specific reason for requesting that the glass of the phone itself be replaced. I never requested that he apply a screen protector, in fact I tried to stop him from applying it. He didn't even ask me about the type of screen protector, and installed a matte one. Even if I wanted a screen protector, I never would have selected a matte one, nor would I have applied it on an already heavily damaged screen. And, obviously, the screen protector over the top of the scratched glass does nothing to fix the selfie camera issue. He also installed it without the typical application tool, so the screen protector was misaligned. Frankly it really felt like the clerk simply wasn't interested in doing any actual repair work, and just wanted me to leave so he could go into the back room and chill there again. He was doing anything "repair" he could, as fast as he could, so that he had an excuse to charge me for it, even though he failed to do anything I asked.
