The phone did not work for Wifi calling. I then went to another Cricket store where I was told I don't need Wifi calling and I should call 911 to have them add my address to the phone system! I was extremely unhappy with the service so I decided to contact Motorola. Motorola sent me a replacement phone. I was determined not to return to either of the Cricket stores I had already visited, so I tried this store. Oh My!!! Had a pretty good experience with this place about 6 months ago. The girl that works there is…read moregreat. I went here to get a repair for my Samsung Galaxy S4. I needed a new charging port and I also got the cover for the charging port. They had a reasonable price and convenient location. Their repair guy was only there part time. At first they said they had to order it. I waited a week, then the repair guy said he had the part, I came by and he said, nope it won't work. Then they said they had to order the part after all. A little confusing, but once the part came they fixed it in about 30 minutes. More recently I ended up getting my phone wet and for some reason the new charging port cover did not work as well as the original one and the phone got wet inside, but over-all I'm a happy customer.
