We had dropped off the laptop an hour before closing on a Monday and the laptop was ready for pick up the next afternoon. This is the most knowledgeable and helpful guy you will meet in the metro. He had solved the issue I was having with my BIOS, installed the card properly, and installed windows 11 for me all within a 2 hours. He was very open to my schedule, helped me pick out the replacement parts for the laptop and even made a house call to install the new hard drive. He stopped everything for me, put my broken item under some kind of electron microscope and with impressive speed he actually fixed something that I would have said was impossible to repair except perhaps at the factory. We started talking but the manager kept interjecting into the conversation When I asked who I was dealing with he stated it was him so I asked him to sit down where the other associate was so we could talk. He refused so the conversation was a little louder than normal so other customers could hear. He finally told me the deal online was from corporate and wasn't good with them. Enough for me to go elsewhere which I did. So off to The other Verizon store and they were able to fix me right up. Then I found out the previous store was the corporate store so not sure if he was correct about waving the activation fee. Verizon has been good to me but this store just didn't work out well either time I was there.
