So after trying online and at the corporate store they were not able to help. The manager was not very helpful. So I went over to this one and met Mason. I told him the situation, showed him the conversations with the online agent. He was able to get me into pretty much what I wanted from the git go. New phone, (with trade), lower monthly cost and basically the same entertainment package. Only thing he said he couldn't do was waive the 40 dollar activation fee which the online agent said they could do. Not sure I understand why he couldn't but it is what it is. We went in to get my wife a new phone at Verizon and we're met by Brent Faith. After talking with Brent and going over all the plans, we were both able to get new phones that cost us only an additional $17 per month. Brent was very courteous and professional from the start. Time: Noon on a Monday. I worked with a young man named Jack. I was greeted immediately. My phone was broke and he helped me pick the best phone at a great price. Super helpful and assisted me on getting the best bang for my buck! Saved $20 here and there. (They had a way better selection of stock on hand verses the Verizon store on 29th st). The whole process to get a brand new phone all switched over was less than 1 hour. I would recommend going to this location on a non busy afternoon; they treat the person they are working with as a valued customer so it may take longer for others waiting. read more

Be careful of Verizon. They will bait and switch you to death ! Their service and equipment is good. But they will quote you a price for monthly service and then pull the old switcharoo on you. Bill is supposed to be 185 a month and they are charging 228. Almost a 500 dollar a year difference. read more

Please go see these folks for anything on the Verizon network you need. Specifically, ask for Josh. Josh set my wife and I up with new plans and phones but couldn't find a case for mine. I took one that would work but not what I wanted. Josh ordered what I wanted and offered to exchange when the ordered case arrived. Well, the ordered case arrived and someone else at the store sold it out from under Josh without mentioning it. Josh then took the personal action to order the case from Amazon on his own account to make me happy. Over and above and I will return to see Josh anytime I need anything for Verizon because he proved he can solve problems, make customers happy no matter what. read more
