If you want to buy a malfunctioned vape that ONLY works for two days + not be informed at ANYTIME that they have a "two week return policy" + have them refuse to return your malfunctioned vape due to their negligence + deal with the nightmarish and rude as hell manager (PARKER) who doesn't care about your issues + AND you want to waste your money- then this is the PLACE TO GO! Oh and Parker the manager likes to lie and give you false info on how to contact his superiors too. How is this dude not fired?! Anyway, I bought the Geek Vape X And payed over $100 with all the coils and juices to go with it, just to have it constantly turn itself OFF every five seconds, it couldn't recognize fully charged batteries ( I tried variety of them so it's not a battery issue) and the USB input would never charge to BEGIN WITH. Not to mention this sad excuse for a manager was the one who sold me the broken vape and he definitely didn't mention the return policy. So when I first attempted to return my vape with the box and everything a different, way nicer manager attempted to take a look at my vape and seemed to repair it( only for a short few days was it working correctly) and told me that if it kept giving me trouble I could return it at ANYTIME. I returned for the second time and was greeted by Parker I tried telling him what was wrong but he wasn't having ANY of it! He proceeded to inform me for the VERY FIRST time their two week return policy. I confronted him by saying he never mentioned this "policy" and he shrugged his shoulders and even said that he probably didn't. I mean WTF?! How is this my fault he didn't inform me about the policy? Apparently he thought I should magically have known about this policy. So I tried to tell him that a different manager told me that I could return it. He proceeded to talk shit about this awesome employee and how she was no longer working there and that she was wrong and basically told me I was shit out of luck. He didn't even try to take a look at my vape to see if he could somehow fix it (like most DECENT vape bars do). After I was getting absolutely NOWHERE with this so called manager, I asked if I could talk to his superiors. He literally tried his hardest not to let me go talk to ANYONE above him . And get this! After prying at him for what seemed like forever, he finally gave into my demands but not exactly. You see he gave me a FAKE ASS email address for the owner he called "Conner" (not sure if that's even a real name let alone real PERSON. ) My emails literally got rejected and sent back. Come to find out- after I messaged the Vapor Plus Facebook page- the person I talked to told me that the email he gave me wasn't accurate... LIKE AT ALL. They gave me the real email address and it definitely wasn't an honest mistake, it was different in EVERY WAY. He intentionally gave me false information just so I wouldn't get helped at all and he probably, most importantly- didn't want me to complain about his shitty attitude and lack of giving a shit about my vape issues. Also, when I messaged the FB page the person told me in order to return my vape it had to be in NEW PRISTINE condition. I've had this vape for maybe three months now and it looks pretty damn new but it does have a very minor ding/scrape in the right corner. They proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do to help me. After this absolutely INSANE experience you'd think Vapor Plus would want to SAVE FACE and save me and my boyfriends business since we were pretty regular LOYAL customers but that wasn't the case. I didn't want them to necessarily throw me a free vape but SOMETHING like a discount would've been appreciated. Had I known I had only two weeks to return the vape, I wouldn't have kept trying to make it work for two MONTHS. Sorry for the rant but being treated like trash gives me HUGE motivation to voice everything wrong with your company.
