The clothes in the store are on the expensive side, but they have great deals going on all the time. Even sales on winter items during the winter... I'm happy with the colors, style and durability of my purchases. I joined their rewards email thing, and though the emails are annoying, I got an unexpected $5 off today's purchase. It was 8:58 and as my 5yr old daughter was opening the door, the cashier name "Jamie" literally locked the door on my daughters face!! Making her cry because the way she was treated. There was still customers inside so I waited for her to open the door to let them out, when she did I told her that what she did was very rude and disrespectful!!! How could she close the door on a little girl like that!! She said rudely that they closed at 9pm!!! First of all, it was 8:58!! And all she needed to do was to say they were closed, I would of understand, but the way she closed the door on my daughter's face was unacceptable!! After browsing for a while a young man named Cory asked me if I needed any assistance and I asked his opinion on some shoes. He gave me some great opinions and helped me pick out the perfect shoes for my little girl. I decided on some sparkly, light up shoes. (My daughter loves them , she claims they make her run fast) Cory led me to the register when I was ready to check out where a young man named Michael checked me out. Very nice, great customer service from the whole crew. Clean, organized store, easy to navigate and staff is not overly pushy when you don't want to be bothered.
