No one was in the store when we arrived but it quickly became busy after. He was the only person there plus a trainee. He was patient with us as we were patient with him. His multitasking skills were amazing. While tending to us (we were idle waiting for the phone to update) he was able to listen to trainee assistant another customer with their issue. Others may find that annoying but I thought it was impressive. I still felt that my needs were addressed and I didn't feel rushed or skipped. Another reason why I'm happy we switched to AT&T The only bad thing (which is obviously not reflected in my rating) is the traffic. Don't come during rush hour because the parking lot and Manchester road is a mess.

Yes, I have the location on, but results and websites use IP addresses. Numerous complaints to TMobile, they only say turn your location on. My new phone, no physical card, is still connected to that Chicago number IP address.
