Only 2 stars for Verizon because they do keep the cellular system working. We've been with Verizon since the beginning, when it was just a Baby Bell, and we were with Bell before that. But Verizon offers no discount for loyal (25+ years) customers. My phone was old, so no trade-in, and no discount whatsoever, full retail price. I will explore changing carriers.
