To all my friends and family in the Washington Mo. area... I…read moretook my computer to WASH PC last November to have the DCjack replaced.(which took 3 weeks to fix!) After having it back for a month or so I noticed it was starting to come apart at the DCjack area. I went back to WASH PC and was told it was just a screw that had came out. About another month went by and it started coming apart at the DC jack again. I took it back to WASH PC. I was told that it would cost ME upwards of $60.00 for them to fix it!! I was astounded. Never have I taken the back off of my computer! Whatever the problem was causing this stems from whatever WASH PC did when inside the computer! And now expect ME to pay for it! I got no reaction what so ever when I told them I wasn't a satisfied customer! Guess I am SOL for expecting them to have the integrity to stand behind their work! I am posting this via my phone, since my computer is dead and can't charge it at all now after I picked it up! (And I could charge it when I took it to them this last time!) I would NOT recommend you take your computer there or it may end up costing you a brand new one! UPDATE.. WASH PC told me that I dropped it or broke it somehow and are trying to get a free fix! Is that really who you would want to entrust your computer to? NOT!

This is the third time I could write a 5-star review for Computer Solutions in Sunset Hill. The…read more1st time was years ago when I was living in the country taking care of a family member. My computer was having problems, and I couldn't leave home. Someone drove all the way to where I lived and repaired my computer in a single visit. I was so relieved since I really depended on my computer. The 2nd time was last year when a different computer (a very heavy 27" iMac) needed to go into the shop for repair. There's no way I could have carried the computer, so someone from Computer Solutions came and picked up the iMac and took it to the shop for repair and afterwards returned it. Again, such a relief! The 3rd time was last week. My computer had crashed, and not only was I facing the loss of my computer but, more importantly 10 years of precious data. I had conferred with Apple tech by phone, and they were unable to do anything. I brought my machine to Computer Solutions, and in a very short time they were able to repair my computer and thus preserve all of my data. It felt like a miracle, and I was thrilled. My special thanks to Michael who was so knowledgeable, friendly and reassuring. The cost of the repair was much less than I had anticipated and, best of all, my computer was up and running. What a great experience!

I have used them in the past with no real issues except that it is always a little clunky for…read morescheduling - At least that's how it had been for me. I always received an email to schedule, but I didn't always notice that it was from them because there was no business name displayed. After some time, I called to get the service scheduled again. I took the day off work so I could be here on the scheduled day, and they showed up in the window that was promised. Their service vehicle was a mess on the outside, with paint peeling all over the front etc. It's just something worth mentioning because it makes them look a little less professional. I went over the grounds to describe the issues that I am having. I really needed to get things taken care of and was happy that they were here to perform the spraying. They were here for about 30 min. or less before I was told that they would have to come back some other time since their sprayer was not working. That was disappointing since I needed service sooner rather than later. Great, now I have to get back on a schedule and back in line and wait. I have no idea what was treated before the sprayer broke, or if anything was treated at all. This kind of information would have been nice. I received a VM from the office to reschedule - No apologies for the inconvenience of my taking off work for this appointment or anything. Just a "call us back to reschedule" type of thing. The last thing I need is to take off work again with the potential of the job not being able to be completed. I am going to go with another local provider and hope for the best.
