He was extremely helpful and gave me a new case for my phone. He told me the Samsung A models were built to be discontinued in the future and it would be best if I were to get an S23,24 or 25 when/if I decide to get a new phone. He said the A models only last 2 years which is correct. He told me I could bring my old phone in and transfer the data from it to my current phone or if I wanted to wait until I got a new phone, they could transfer the data to it too.
