My husband and I came here to get a new phone plan and phones and the worker who attended with us was extremely professional and very helpful. Her name was Lien, she was amazing! She transferred and put a Sim card in my phone and got my husband a great price on a nice iPhone and a Great deal on a very protective case for his phone since he's very clumsy. She was very patient with all my questions and answered every one of them with detail. She was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable and was very attentive and left no questions to be asked. I highly suggest going here and definitely asking for her if she's working!! read more

Assistant Manager Hugo is horrible at customer service…read more I've been a Verizon customer for 20+ years. most of the representatives through the years have been helpful and professional. However, I've consistently had a negative experience with an Assistant Manager named "Hugo". Every interaction with him has been difficult. He is rude, condescending and unprofessional. Don't expect any help from the manager "Crystal" as her and Hugo seem to be besties. She may like him but his customer service skills are terrible. when I asked Hugo for his district mangers name, he refused to tell me and stated hes not required to give me his boss's name. if I had done this at my job, I'd be fired immediately. when I got the name from another employee, I was unable to reach them. calling 611 only put me in an endless loop of waiting and transfers. I never did get to speak to someone responsible. I will never allow Hugo to assist me again. I will wait on another representative or go to another corporate store. Dalton cellular shoppers beware.

After a quick conversation he assured that the systems were down "nation wide". Well we went to the other Verizon store down the road and had new phones in less than an hour of walking in the door, no questions asked. The first store had no answer as to when we "should" come back, no idea if they would be contacting us, and no amount of wanting to help us.

They also have no problem disrespecting your privacing and selling your phone number to overseas companies that will spend the next infinite amount of time harassing you and calling you from literally over 1000 numbers 20 to 30 times a day that start the day after you switch. Despite the staff knowing what they are doing they do absolutely nothing to warn you or allow you to opt out of it either. They are the lowest of the low and nothing but greedy scumbags that are willing to sacrifice their customers sanity just to make extra profit by selling your phone number as soon as the day after you switch to their awful business. The prices here are much better than I've found from going through Verizon directly. Yesterday I had the pleasure of working with Ashley who did a fantastic job of helping me understand how making a change to my plan would benefit me. I ended up getting a couple of new phones and am very satisfied so far. Ashely impressed me so much that I just sent the corporate office a quick note letting them know how well she did. If you're looking to purchase new a new cell phone, I highly recommend this kiosk inside of Costco and doing it through Ashley.
