Crew2 Water Heater from Home Depot - They efficiently and clearly communicated my install options and costs. They arranged the installation of my new water heater and the removal of my old water heater. The plumber, Champion, completed the installation within 2 hours at the cost estimated. (My house is only 20 years old so my ventilation, gas line and water shut off were all up to code so no extra plumbing costs were required.) This would have been a 5 star review if my installation window did not have to be 4+ hours. read more

Not only did Crew2 bend over backwards to make a same day installation happen, but they did a FABULOUS job. The plumbers were quick, efficient, professional, and all-around awesome. To recap: same day install, great pricing, pro-style service. What more can you ask for in a plumber? Nothing! read more

After a kitchen remodel job upstairs and a basement that completely flood, we were in the position to re-carpet the entire house. Crew2 Inc was the company that installed it. From the measuring through to the installation, everyone we had contact with were personable, professional, knowledgeable and communicated promptly and clearly. Everything about the entire process was easier than I had imagined it would be and faster than I had hoped. Knowing our basement, with all the cutouts, corners, closets, and unusual sub-floor terrain, the install was fantastic! They did a beautiful job everywhere. Hopefully no more flooded basements are in our future, but if it would happen, I'd call Crew2 Inc. in a heartbeat to get the job done! read more

Hired as contractors from Home Depot to do my carpeting install. They did excellent work and were very personable. Removing carpeting is a nasty job- they did it with a smile. they then cleaned all of the nastiness under the carpet before even thinking of laying the new matting. All furniture was moved and replaced correctly. Very professional folks, highly recommeded. read more

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased carpet at Home Depot and their installation service is provided by Crew 2 in Minneapolis. One room had old carpet that they had to remove. A second room had laminate floor that needed to be pulled. Their contract stated clearly that one of their team had to first come to remove the laminate prior to the installation appointment, and I paid for this labor. However, on the phone beforehand I was told that the procedure had recently changed and that the same team would remove the floor and then install the carpet during the visit. The crew arrived at the designated time and, boy, were they surprised to see the laminate floor. Somebody else should have been there to remove it, the crew lead told me. He said this was such a stupid and obvious error because he doesn't even carry the tools in his truck that he would need to remove the floor. So they did the one room and we rescheduled the other. Meanwhile...a new and separate appointment was set to remove the floor. This guy showed up and he argued with me about how he's going to haul away the floor pieces. Apparently he goes to removal jobs without a 2-wheeler or dolly to haul. This wasted 20 minutes of my time. On the day before the rescheduled carpet installation, I received confirmation calls from both Home Depot and from Crew 2. They wanted to make sure that this time things would go smoothly. This was reassuring. The next day, incredibly, they never showed up. Home Depot called me four different times with updates ("they're on their way up from Eagan; you're next"). But they never showed. Even more incredibly, I received a phone call from someone at Crew 2 asking me why they were scheduled to install carpet on this day since their records show that they had already installed carpet at my address. And then to top that, 30 minutes later I received a phone call from someone else at Crew 2 saying that he's reviewing the day's work orders and wants to know if I was happy with today's installation. If I had written this as a movie script it would have been rejected for being too far fetched. The job was ultimately completed 9 days after the original appointment. Because of their incompetence I had to reschedule my painting and furniture deliveries. This was an epic time waster. Now I'm looking to install some new flooring and Home Depot has lost my business. I can't endure any more of this torture. read more

We ordered luxury vinyl flooring for our upstairs through Home Depot. Crew2 were the installers. The installer who came out to our house was fine and did a good job of installing. However, Home Depot had, despite clear instruction when we ordered, supplied the wrong parts. This was resolved by the installer, but then it was discovered that the transition parts were never supplied. We were warned by our installer that we would have to call Crew2 constantly and really be a nuisance or "it could take months" to get the pieces in and installed. We called for weeks and kept getting lip service but no action. Finally went and bought the parts ourselves and let them know so they could send the installer back. Many more phone calls and still nothing was scheduled. I am watching my husband install these himself this weekend. My advice? The flooring product (LifeProof) is wonderful. Buy the product and find someone other than the Home Depot installer (Crew2) to put it in. Also, Crew2 says they survey after the install - no one has called or contacted us in any way to find out if we are satisfied. We are not. read more

Do not use this company. They do not stand behind the people they send to your house. We hired Home Depot to install a sink and they sent this company out who damaged our pipes the new sink and left us having to hire someone to fix it. Then they denied our claim against them by telling us we should have called them back out to our home. read more

Rustam came out with his crew and did an exceptional job! They installed hickory hardwood flooring in my kitchen and hallway. At first, I would have gave them a 4, then a 2, but now a 1 star rating. The installation of the carpet was good. We are happy with the seem, the cleanup, and overall work. While the installer said that they often install with fresh paint and he would be careful, they did nick the paint in several places. This was expected and I was not angry when they did. However, I was angry when they scratched up several places in the hallway (on the way to the room that the install happened). Both installers decided to carry in the carpet folded in half over their shoulders through the house, instead of carrying it in together. When they did, I heard a loud screeching sound because they were not careful to guide it through the opening. It was not that they were in a rush to leave, because they took frequent breaks in their truck on the phone. And it wasn't that they couldn't bend it around the corner, either. There was no excuse for scraping up the walls when they could have avoided it all together. I brought this up to them who--at first--were very defensive until I explained how I heard them scratch the walls. They put me in touch with a kind woman from the company named Sarah who offered a $50 gift card to Home Depot. I explained how that we would have our painter touch it up and that would not work. She was able to work with us--given an estimate for touch ups--and get us a full value gift card (no cash or credit from the carpet install). We were happy with this, but then the e-gift card did not come. I had to email and inquire and then it was sent. While I can't say for sure, it seems like they wanted me to forget about the whole thing so they didn't have to pay for damages. I would not recommend Crew2: as I explained, the problems they caused were completely avoidable and they did not want to take responsibility. read more

I used Crew 2 in Madison. Home depot both selling and furnishing workers has made them the go to people. I would like to see them expand what they are willing to deliver/install to all products or more products. When they do provide the service it is well done and welcome. Sorry the (Oscar) from MN had a bad experience - i am glad i don't live in MN anymore - reliable help is hard to find there. read more

We decided to do an entire kitchen remodel starting back in July. We tore out flooring and cabinets and were starting all over. We decided to do that paito door too as it was 20+ years old and was now leaking. We had an Anderson Sliding French door installed previously from Crew2 with an installer out of Stoughton, WI. He showed up to measure when he said he was going to and the install went well. We decided to have them do it again... BIG MISTAKE. We had scheduled a measurement which is normal before you can order. My husband took the day off to be there when they came. No one showed. No call no show. He called Jodi at Crew2 and was told that all the phone lines were down and they couldn't call to let him know. Seriously?? Rescheduled yet another measurement had to wait yet another week and same thing happens. Husband takes the day off and no call no show. This time the installer couldn't call as he wasn't in an area with cell service... REALLY?? Third time is a charm. Installer comes out to measure and we are finally able to get our door on order. Door comes in to Home Depot and it took be two days of calling Jody at Home Depot to even get a phone call from Jodi at Crew2. Needless to say our door sat at Home Depot for a month and half before we could even get an install done! We scheduled a delivery with Home Depot the Monday before. We are now into Monday the 22nd of October and the 24th for an install date. The 24rd comes and we are scheduled to have our door installed in the afternoon. Same scenario...husband takes a day off to ensure he is there in case they show up earlier. That afternoon comes and goes and no one shows up. He finally gets a call from Jodi at Crew 2 after the time had passed and tells him that they won't be coming. Our order was supposedly screwed up. He told her that our door had been delivered to our house and was waiting to be put in. Also that he had taken the day off again specifically for this only to have no one show up. Her response to him was that she told him the install was going to be in the afternoon and that he didn't have to take the full day off and also that it was now somone elses order that got screwed up. Basically that it was his problem not their poor customer service and crappy installers. Install was now scheduled again. This time for the 31st. Installers came and tried to get the door in by banging on it with a hammer and their levels. The door was 3/8" too big and it wasn't going to happen. A call was made to both Home Depot and Crew 2 and Home Depot originally said they would order us a new door then the story changed to "oh we can't order you that same door because it's custom." The same exact door had been ordered and installed 2 years ago by them but because they didn't want to eat the $3500 cost they told us the only thing they could do for us was order us a white vinyl patio door. WHAT??? My husband has had had to take now 4 days of vacation off just trying to get a patio door installled that we ordered already back in July 2018 from Home Depot on East Springs Drive in Madison WI. It is now November and our door still is not installed correctly and we have had to reschedule our tile install several times over from a far more reputable company than Crew2!! Thank God we didn't use them for the tile and cabinet project too. There has been no offer of installaton charges being waved or any other applology been given. STAY FAR AWAY read more

This was the installation group assigned to me after purchasing my flooring from Home Depot. Crew 2 called me a week before to confirm my appointment and the day before installation. They arrive on time and were very courteous. Josh presented himself and his team. He toured the house with me and told me the expectations. The whole installation was planned out and explained to me in exact detail. This is my first home and Josh made a lot of helpful suggestions, such a quarter round vs shoe molding. He suggested to get shoe kick versus vinyl. Thank you. read more

Scheduling an install from a Home Depot flooring purchase has been such a poor experience. Run. Run and never look back. We are currently embroiled in the flooring installation from hell--courtesy of Home Depot and Crew 2 in Indianapolis. I have 9 typed pages documenting the lies, mistakes, and failed promises we have endured throughout this process--names, dates, times, conversation transcripts. For one simple floor installation, we have had 3 different installation crews and 3 no-shows. We have been living on a concrete slab for two months. We recently cut short a trip to New York to move our daughter into her dorm so that we could be at home for ANOTHER promised date. And no one bothered to show up or even call. My actual contract is with Home Depot--and I have filed a complaint against them with the BBB. I am in the process, however, of filing a complaint against Crew 2 with the Indiana Attorney General. I don't understand how these people stay in business. read more

Joke of an establishment. Overbooked our scheduled date for our storm door installation. Not courteous, unapologetic and unprofessional. Issue was escalated to the Production Manager, Brad, who did not listen and cut off conversation repeatedly during phone call. Once again, showed no remorse and was told just to reschedule after they knew they overbooked and did not inform us. We had to call to see where they were at 2 hours after they were scheduled to be told they weren't coming today. Cancelled entire order. Take your business elsewhere. Update to my previous post. But first, I'd like to thank Fernando for a job well done with the installation. Thank you! Today was install day! Yesterday, I received a call from Crew2 (on caller ID) notifying me of my appointment window of 10-1. This morning, I received a call at 9:50 from Crew2 informing me that my carpet was being loaded and they were headed my way. I got another call, this time from Fernando (the carpet installer) letting me know he was on his way. When Fernando arrived, he asked that we come out to the van to confirm he had the correct carpet (smart). Next, I showed him up to the 2nd floor where we were having the 300+ feet of carpet installed. He immediately noticed that he'd need help carrying the carpet up the stairs and around a tight corner. He made a call for back-up help. In the meantime, Fernando installed all tack strips (without damaging my baseboard heater fins), and installed our new pad. Back-up arrived very soon after. They did have to fold the carpet, to get all 12 ft around a tight stairwell corner, but with the power-stretching and seam ironing (all done by Fernando ), we couldn't even tell. He spent a solid hour alone on the carpet install, including power-stretching, and closet seams. Upon our final inspection, we were VERY happy. Our carpet looks great. Our installer, Fernando, was hard working and very respectful. One piece of advice for future customers, my wife and I had moved the bed and dresser out of the room ourselves and cleared the previous floor covering to the subfloor prior to Crew2 installation. This may have helped our job go as smoothly as it did. read more

My experience with Crew2 has been horrible! We hired them through Home Depot to reface our kitchen cabinets, which was almost $13k. So obviously that's a pretty big decision, and one might expect reasonable service. I'll make this review quick: 1. Installation day: We discover the team measured 6 doors wrong and forgot to order one, so we now have a kitchen missing 7 cabinet doors. The kitchen is this way for over a month. 2. The crew returns: We discover two doors were measured wrong and one arrived damaged (but the contractor hung it without saying anything). 3. The crew returns: We discover all three doors to be installed are the wrong color. This project has been going on for four months, and it is not yet solved. I'm trying to deal with Home Depot, but they just keep kicking me over to Crew2. Crew2 keeps reordering what we need, but I have yet to learn how they're going to make this right. read more

NEVER GO WITH CREW2. We got a call the day before install was supposed to happen to confirm arrival time. The next day they called to say they were not coming, Crew2 left our order at the warehouse and refused to go back and get it. Had to reschedule for the following Monday. They did not wear masks, no social distancing, asked to use our restroom, all in a pandemic when we have a baby in the house. HORRIBLE experience. Home Depot was not any better. Would not recommend either of them to anyone for carpet install. read more

Only after posting this negative review did they finally return my calls. Then, two MONTHS later they sent someone to inspect the damage. The guy they sent was extremely friendly, took photos of everything, asked what I wanted (just $250 to cover the cost of the repair work) and said there would be no problem with that and I'd receive a check. That was two months ago, again haven't heard a thing since. Avoid them at all costs. read more

Easily the worst experience I have had working with any company ever. Not only did they completely botch the job from start to finish, but after I tried to work with them on the awful carpet job and their destruction of my subfloor causing creaking everywhere, they denied all liability and said none of it was on them. Truly jaw-dropping. This was AFTER their Quality Assurance man with over 25-years experience came out and made it his official evaluation that it was their fault and "we need to stop hiring people that do not know what they are doing." His higher ups then called both him and me liars and that it couldn't be Crew2's fault and that they "don't have the capacity or the ability to fix the problem even if we caused it." I am now exploring legal options with my lawyer given that their install came with an initial subfloor evaluation that declared no issues since THERE WERE NO PRIOR ISSUES. Which is to say, they know it's their fault; they just don't care. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Home Depot is a very close second. Neither will never get my business, my friends' business, my companies' business ever again. They won't even make an attempt to fix their mess. Bottom line: These people take ZERO pride in their work. They take ZERO pride in themselves. They don't care about your home. Hell, they don't even value their employees that have 25-years experience and were otherwise trying to be helpful and do right by their customers. And they absolutely couldn't care less about you as a human being. I'll post more once my lawyer determines next steps so you guys can avoid this nightmare. read more

Final update: Finally got comp check. Had to go to store to pick up in person and sign waiver. Two things that I had to laugh at 1.)person at cust service counter said this I was the 3rd person to come in and get a compensation check today. 2.)store Mgr had to hand deliver check and made me sign waiver. Ok whatever. Then I asked if signing voided the warranty. He just gave stupid stare and said he didn't even know what the check is for! Wow. Par. Update 1/10/18. Still waiting for compensation $ promised over a month ago. In the end, had to have 2 return visits to redo stairs and lvg rm. Just want to get my $ and put this horror story to rest. I will be telling everyone I know about this terrible experience. I've already bumped into a fellow shopper looking at carpet at another big home store and told him to stay away from Home Depot installation, especially carpet! Not on time. Poor installation. Poor customer service. Damaged my home. Wasted way too much of my time for a 4-5 hour job. Any one of these items alone I could deal with, but to have all happen tells the story. Run the other way! Finally got a call last week from Brad. He apologized up and down. Thanks, but does not fix damage or carpet. He said he would order new carpet for 2 areas that were cut wrong. He also promised me he would be working with me here on out, to get this right. Left me msg 2 days later to call him back to schedule time. I was busy at work, so I called next day, he wasn't around, someone would give him msg. Next day got a msg from someone else. Nice. Been jacked around so many times, this is unreal. read more

I made a trip to the post office yesterday to pickup the certified mail sent by Crew2 for a door inspection. I could have been reached at phone numbers they have on file for me to schedule the inspection appointment. Why did Crew2 send certified mail rather than contacting me directly? It was an unnecessary 30 minute trip to the post office. As you can probably tell I'm very frustrated with crew2. For an electric tank water heater or a tank-less installed Crew 2 quoted between $3,500 and $5,000. I freaked out. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. We had carpet installed in our basement by Crew2 that we had purchased at Home Depot. We are going on 3 month trying to get the carpet replaced and get damages that were cause by the installers fixed. The crew that came out to install the carpet left hand marks on the walls, chunks of food in an adjacent room, an oil spill in adjacent tiled room, a four foot utility knife slice in the face of our cabinet, a gouge out of our wood work, and just about every inch of baseboard and door jamb was scrapped. They did not remove their shoes and left the front door of the house open the entire time they were here. I sent Home Depot 120 photos of damage cause by Crew2. I tried calling Crew2 a thousand times only to be told someone would have to call me back. Never once have they called me back. The only time they have called me is their follow up call to see if I was completely satisfied with my carpet install. It took over a month for them to send someone out here to look at the damages and fix what they could. Which was basically wiping marks off the wall. While the repair guy was here (who was actually very nice and I am positive if he had done the initial carpet install, we wouldn't have had any of these problems) he pointed out that there was a manufactures defect in the carpet and that the carpet on the stairs was cut short so the pad was showing and that we should have the carpet replaced. So another thousand calls to Home Depot and Crew2 with no responses. They said they didn't have a report from the gentleman that was out here so they couldn't reorder carpet. Another month goes by and they finally reorder the carpet. The day comes to get the carpet reinstalled and they only show up with enough carpet to do one room! I have since called Home Depot and Crew2 with no response. It has been a week. read more

There is damage to every wall in the one room they did as well as hallway and new fridge and other damage but that is not the worst part. The worst part is one of them got cut and did nothing to fix it and got blood not only on a sink but on every single wall in the room including the hallway and it's unknown how much or where it is on the carpet. It's going on 3 weeks and the room is unusable due to the blood as it classified as bio hazard read more

On 8/16/2019, I was scheduled to have my kitchen back splash replaced. They were slated to arrive at 8 am. The guy arrived on time, which was the only thing that went right that day. I was outside working in my yard when I saw the guy arrive. He started to back up my drive way and from that moment everything went wrong. As I stood to watch him to tell him I need to be able to get my car out of the driveway, I observed his driving skills. As I'm standing there watching the guy back up or try to I'm watching has he drives in my grass, almost knocks over a newly planted tree, and crush a few the other plants in my landscaping. Once he finally cleared my landscaping he just about crashes into my basketball goal. Once he was finally close enough to speak to I tell him what I needed to tell him about my car, and offer up a suggestion of how to part his "sprinter van". He says okay and continues to just park the van. I tell him again "if you turn around and pull straight in you would be able to put the nose of the van here, and have clear access to your back doors and the garage." This guy then gets back in his van, at this point I think he's about to turn the van around. Nope! He then makes a call to his office to complain about me. After being on the phone complaining for about 5 or more minutes, he then gets back out and says "lets see the job." I ask aren't you going to turn the van around? Where he was parked would of had him walking in my mulch beds to get out whatever he needed from the back of the van, and I didn't want my landscaping trampled. He then gets back in the van, (I thought to turn it around) turns to me and starts yelling at me, "I'VE WORKED FOR HOME DEPOT FOR 15 YEARS I DON'T NEED THIS CRAP!" then gets in his van and drives off. As he is yelling at me his office calls me and I pick up the phone hoping they can hear him yelling at me. They ask whats going on, I say your guy just left me house and I have no idea why. Now I spoke with a lady I'm assuming from their Milwaukee office but she was super nice and just as confused as I was. I explained to her what I wrote above and expressed to her I stayed calm the entire time. I didn't get mad or in a pissing match with the guy. She confirmed I seemed pretty calm and said she would do her best to get someone out there today to finish my project. At this point I'm still calm and still confused as to what just happened. All of this happened between 8:00 & 8:15 am. I was told I would get a call back once they know more. 10:30 am rolls around, I'm still waiting in my house because I think someone is coming. I call back to find out whats going on I get oh I'm working on it I'll let you know. 12:30 pm rolls around and I'm still waiting to find out what the heck is going to with my install. I call back I get I'm still working on it. Now I'm mad. I get told they can't come back out today and they will see what they can do and the earliest they can get me in and they will call me back once they know. Now 8/16/2019 is a Friday, and I had to use a day of vacation to be there for the install. I'm now mad at this point because they wasted my time and their guy had a stick up is butt for some reason. But also, no one can tell me what is happening. Every time I called I would get a we are working on it. By 4:00 pm that day 8 hours later they still had no idea what was going to happen, but "they are working on it." How long does it take to get someone to do my project? Why couldn't they just send they guy who left my project to switch jobs with someone else? All I got was excuses and the feel of they didn't really care because they are going to get money no matter what because they are Home depot's only contractor for this type of work nation wide. Who cares if one customer isn't happy because we work for Home Depot. I called Home Depot and they just told me well they are a contractor I can't help you. So long story short I took all of my supplies back and I am going with someone else from now on. Stay away from Crew2 read more

Our experience with crew two has been disappointing to say the least. We initially contacted Home Depot to get a quote for a carpet runner on our stairs back in February. Someone came out to our house to measure and quickly scheduled our installation. The first (and only) time anyone from crew two showed up, they let us know that there was not enough space to cut the carpet in our house and they would have to come back once the snow melted. Apparently cutting at the warehouse was not an option, however it would have been nice to know the amount of space they needed ahead of time because we could have easily told them they would need to cut it outside. Beginning in late April/early May we attempted to get our install re-scheduled, and were unsuccessful in getting someone to get to our house within the past 2 1/2 months. After 9 no shows, scheduling errors, or reschedules due to weather or staffing, we decided to go ahead and cancel our order. Well they did offer us a discount given our scheduling difficulties, we are still out money given we've had to take off work and organize childcare for our infant for each of the nine no-shows or rescheduled installation dates. read more

Crew 2 allowed no priority in scheduling due to previously cancelled installs. I've made two trips to HomeDepot to resolve this issue and a minimum of 10 hours on the phone looking for the installer, finding lost doors and getting rescheduled. NOTE: This review is for the Crew2 Inc people working out of Evansville, IN We are purchasing a kitchen through Home Depot in Jasper, In. Their installation service for kitchens and baths is Crew2, you don't get any other choices other than hiring someone yourself or DIY. They sent out a man, T. K., to measure our kitchen for 49 dollars. Upon his arrival, his mouth started flapping and it never stopped the entire time he was there. If we told him some kind of pertinent information about the kitchen or house, it was in one ear and out the other. While he learned almost nothing about our home and what we wanted, we learned tons about him: * He's served two tours in Iraq. (Thanks for your service.) * He's got kids and grand-kids * He's built homes in the past and has done developments, one of which is kids live in. * He's worked at Toyota and was a disgruntled employee there for several years and does not like Toyota, with a long-winded story about a bad day there. * He knows exactly how to hang a door and told us how to do this (even though we had just shown him one which we'd hung ourselves to perfection.) There's more, but by that point my eyes had glazed over and I just wanted him to leave so I could get on with my day. At one point, he informed us that since we'd chosen to lay the flooring all the way to the wall, the workmen would be sawing that part out as the cabinets were not allowed to go over flooring. (There's two opinions on this). He also asked which kind of flooring we used (and he wrote this down, we thought) and we informed him it was solid wood and we used 2" nails with a pneumatic nailer. We even showed him a sample of the wood so he could see the construction of it and the nails and nailer. Finally, he left with our measurements and info. Or did he? As it turns out, NO. He told Home Depot that we put in a floating floor and it was laminate. WTF??? He also measured the distance from the top of the window to the ceiling wrong which caused us to have to make another 1.5 hour (one way) trip to HD in order to have a re-design done. He wrote down 9 inches and the kitchen designer said they could not put a cabinet in that space. It was actually 16.5 inches and I verified that when I got back to the house. I also informed HD that the flooring was solid and they let me know that it would not require being cut out if that was the case. By this point, I was pretty angry and I didn't trust ANYTHING about Crew2. So, once HD was done with the 2nd design, T.K. came back out to flap his gums some more and do a final measurement. Again, he talked the entire time and tried to ask questions about my private life as well. What do I do for a living, how long have I lived in the area, what were my plans for the house, etc... NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS. You are here to measure and leave, nothing more. ONE JOB, that's all you have to do and you can't even do that right. Then he "discovered" some incorrect things about the design by HD (this is his favorite tactic, he does no wrong, it's all someone else's fault) and placed a call to the designer. In return, she had to re-design the kitchen for a third time because apparently he had mis-measured the length of the kitchen and she set it up wrong BASED ON HIS MEASUREMENTS!!! Thankfully, I didn't have to make another trip, they sent me the designs via email. Then came the installation price from Crew2. It would be nearly $3500.00 for the installation, over half of the price of the entire cabinet purchase. Before I would agree to that, I came to Yelp and other sources to see if Crew2 had gotten bad reviews like my gut was telling me. Sure enough, bad reviews everywhere. My answer to Crew2? NO WAY. I'm going to DIY this kitchen and not going to let them step a foot into my house. WARNING: STAY FAR AWAY FROM USING CREW2, they are bad news! UPDATE: 7/16/14: Well, the 2nd professional measurement was WRONG again! Unbelievable!!!! We're on our FOURTH kitchen design. All the cabinets came in June 10th and one entire wall of cabinets does not fit. Home Depot is nice enough to redo that wall for free and let us keep the spares. However, Crew2 wriggled out of any responsibility for mis-measuring and wants nothing more to do with this problem. Typical! Believe me, you'll be much better off measuring the kitchen yourself and taking those figures into Home Depot. There's zero need to get Crew2 involved at all, they're nothing but money-grubbing snakes who slough off any complaints and get out of being responsible for anything. read more
