When I took the vehicle back to confront ..they told me they fixed a completely different area of the muffler system and accused me of wiring the muffler up since it had originally been fixed two weeks previously, which is total fabrication. They never fix the original problem and accused me of fabricating a new problem when they never fix the original problem.

Even after making recommendations to the dealer service team they still couldnt figure it out. Called around to a few local shops I was referred to by friends that weren't willing to look at it. Called TPS and Dave over the phone was very reassuring, I could tell he had the experience with not only GMC/Chevy vehicles but similar issues like this. It took Dave and his team less than a day to find AND fix the problem - a loose wire that had rubbed through and was causing the short. A problem the dealership spent weeks on, and I specifically asked the dealer to check the specific wire that was damaged!!!! I received pictures and full documentation and the Yukon runs like a dream now. On top of that they gave us a "thank you" flower and some candy, absolutely top notch. Hard to come by honest and quality business these days, give them a try!

Specifically they did not complete my front brakes. This was noticed by a different shop who printed out the deficiencies of TPS. I went back to TPS who promptly denied everything despite the write up from shop #2. This was a denial on thier part without even looking at my vehicle to see if the write up was accurate. Not only is this shady but potentially hazardous and life threatening. If you value your life and the life of your family members then I urge you to go to a different shop.
