A masseuse with long nails? ? ? I've been coming here for many years, it was the first time I seen a masseuse with long nails. I have always enjoyed massages here because I love their deep pressure massage. Probably to protect the nails, she didn't use enough pressure. She is new here and it turns out that the old staff is better. read more

I had the best foot massage prior to my visit. I wanted to treat two of my family members for a treatment. I have problems with my legs due to being handicapped. I told him the deeper the massage the better. All I got was a soft touch and no relief. Thank goodness my guest got the guy I normally use. I feel ripped. I won't be returning unless I get my regular masseuse. read more

I've been a regular at Crest for several years. But yesterday was a disappointment...enough for me to interrupt my chair massage and leave early. Granted, I was a walk-in, but they said they could accommodate my request for a 30 minute chair massage. All three of the chairs were in use, so they actually took me down to the basement where a couple more chairs were set up. Picture it: bright flourescent lights, employees in their break rooms rattling dishes and having conversations, at one point someone taking out the trash and leaving the door open, employees flushing toilets and walking around without any regard to a customer having a massage. At one point, I lifted my head to look at what all the noises were, and my massage therapist apologized and told the others to quiet down. But eventually, I gave up and cut it off. It was ridiculous. I would say, upstairs OK...but downstairs is a hard NO read more

Great experience and I went right in with no appointment. My neck and shoulders have been extremely stiff so Ineeded it. Will definitely go back. Money well spent. I recommend also, because the room and table was warm, and it was quiet and private. read more

Crest Foot Massage - business card - Reflexology Near Me - Nashville, Tennessee

The ONLY reason I gave 1 star is to post this purposeful negative review..... That's right..I haven't even gone, but I already know something is up. OBSERVE! Picture attached.....YA ..THIS! This is false advertising. They "don't have or honor" this coupon. Im sorry...is this not your establishment? At said address. I even brought stepped inside, brought it up on my phone, started my GPS(which practically said you have arrived) and said "manager" STILL denied it. He also told me some lame *ss story that maybe long time ago in a galaxy far far away they honored it. Folks...save your time, save your money....Go somewhere else...where coupons will be honored. read more

Crest Foot Massage - Reflexology Near Me - Nashville, Tennessee

4.5 stars If you are looking for a relaxing foot massage after a long day walking at the mall for a reasonable price then this is the place for you! We came after a long day at the mall and they were so accommodating and were able to fit us in immediately. The wait was short even though they were busy they were efficient. Friendly people and relaxing atmosphere. Entire staff wore masks which made you feel safe. It's not easy work giving massages but the masseuses still worked really hard and ensure you get a great massage and never made you feel like they were in a rush. The only thing I'd say is that the foot massage area is a shared space with a door directly open to the check in desk so during the massage you can hear people check in and their entire conversation w the front desk so maybe closing the door would help next time. Overall I highly recommend coming here! read more

The only good thing this places has is prices. other then that the massage wasn't not it. The lady try to force me to tip her. Wasn't not happy at all, body still hurts. I won't recommend no one to go here. read more

I go to Crest Foot Massage 1-2 times per month. It's great for a reasonable price. A fan!

Had such a great foot massage, would highly recommend this place! Great and friendly staff.

I went to Crest this evening and have been going for quite sometime. If I don't go there, I'll go to Bucca. First, I love reflexology but tonight was something else. I went in tonight and it wasn't busy, which I love. I sat down and a lady brought her toddler into the foot spa and the kid was quite rowdy. She was finishing within 10 minutes of my arrival so I didn't think much about it.(other than, why is a child here?) I was 15 minutes or so into my session and the man beside me, who obviously works there, was asleep in the chair, snoring!! Loudly! At this point I'm the only one there so it's very noticeable. I just tried to relax, but honestly couldn't. As I was leaving, I debated on addressing the issue and no sooner than I did, the owner farted so loud in the lobby in front of all his staff. I can not make this up. I hope you get a good laugh at this, because I am not relaxed and laughing so hard that I spend money on this. read more

AHHH is right! We were so lucky to stumble on this spa after a couple days of touring Nashville. Our dogs were howling. At 5:00pm on Saturday it was packed with customers. We made reflexology appointments to return at 8:30pm (stays open till 10:00). We were the only ones there. PERFECT AND PEACEFUL. Just the sounds of running water, new age music and our AHHHs. Both of our masseurs were FABOULOUS! Literally "on point". Be aware, they tend to be of the deep tissue variety.I mean good and deep, which I prefer. Starting with a soak, they go from shins to feet. The massage ends with pressure applied to the thighs, leg lifts then dropped. Sorta of weird if you have a dress on, which I did. :D Only the check-in guy seemed to speak English. Pricing is average. They have a menu of massage options. $35 for 30 minutes reflexology. If you are in Nashville, this is a perfect stop. I wish I was there now!!! read more

Excellent customer service and I'm never disappointed with my service. Whenever I'm in the city, it's a must that I see Jeff.

I went in because my legs hurt. Previous therapist fixed it with hip & glutes work. Why I let this woman work on my upper back for so long is beyond me. Not only am I pit $65 for the hour massage but I'm out the $15 tip so that's $80 I'm out not to mention the lost time where I will be missing work due to the fact I can't bend over or move properly. There was a language barrier also. I am not pleased at all. read more

Crest Foot Massage - Always research your therapist. There was a language barrier to deal with too. I have more pain now than when I went in. - Reflexology Near Me - Nashville, Tennessee

This was one of the worst massages I have ever had. I was told they do deep tissue and it wasn't deep. I don't even think these people are licensed massage therapist. It's not really a Massage as much as a rubdown. And I paid for 90 min. The lady did about 80 min and left the room 4 times after starting 12 min late. I asked For Specific areas to be worked that weren't focused on. At all. Hard to relax and just not a good "massage". And she checked her phone with one hand and massaged with the other hand for a good solid 5 min. When I say she checked her phone, she was reading articles or skimming/scrolling through social media. The whole thing was weird, bizarre and not relaxing. If you like terrible massages, def book an appt here. read more

I had a fantastic massage by Cindy. I have had massages all over the world and I can honestly say she is as good as it gets. I had a 90 minute deep massage.. her hands are sensitive to what needs attention. She was able to work on my tense muscles and improve my circulation , help me stretch and find greater flexibility. I will return and always ask for her healing touch. read more

Let me start by saying that this place was very accommodating, good for large groups, very nice and reasonably priced. That said, I went with my girl friends in June. We all got the foot reflexology and about half of us got the chair massage. Chair massage: They rubbed us raw, literally, skin came off. Leaving we were all in more pain and in need of relaxation then when we came in. I was sore and stiff the next morning. I've received massages before and nothing like this has every happened to me. Foot Reflexology: While much more relaxing then the chair massage, it hurt to walk after. For at least two weeks after it felt like I had a pinched nerve in one of the areas that really hurt when he worked on it. I almost went to the doctor to get it checked out, but decided to do another soak and massage in NY, which helped a lot. Leaving their I really have to question if all of their employees are certified to practice. You can seriously injure someone if you don't know what you're doing. Although they did their best to make a pleasant experience for all of us, I do not trust in their education and ability to do their job properly. read more

The massage was ok, but the overall experience was a bit off putting . I didnt mind the language barrier as much as the lack of communication. We asked for 2, 30 min massages, one chair, one table, pretty basic. My daughter was directed to one room, then i was left wait, pointing to a couch w/o explanation.... awkward. Finally i asked if they were going to be at the same time or consecutively ( didnt have an hour to spend) finally i was told two wait 2 min. (The host spent most of the time looking at his phone) finally made it to the room and the masseuse left, so i just stood there as I wasn't sure what the protocol was. She came back like 3 min later and asked if i was ready... i said for what? What was I supposed to do? My sciatic nerve was really bothering me, i brought it up 3 different times and only after i specifically asked did she work on it ( a little) ultimately about the same when I left as when i got there. We were both pitched a longer session about ¾ of the way through. Then after 80$ I was asked 'No tip?' Begrudgingly i did leave one ( i didn't realize it was expected) however the service wasnt really worth the tip... at the end of the day... it was better than a poke in the eye...‍ read more

I cannot speak highly enough about this place. Actually, about one person at this place. His name is Jon. He does actual reflexology. Not just rubbing the feet / back. I have been to see him about 5 times. I normally invest 1.5 hours. I have recommended him to family and friends so far 4 have gone all have agreed how good this guy actually is with his hands. The place is very clean, ultra quiet and tranquil. read more

I have been here to this store several times and I do not plan on coming back. The most recent visit was in late September. They always try to get you to stay longer and then trick you into spending more money. I only have so much time and money to spend so please do not tell me what I need in order to feel better. I am very sensitive to cigarette smoke and the guy smelled strong with smoke it made me almost throw up. Save your money and there are other great massage stores both American and Asian that are less pushy for time and cleaner as well. read more

Great place - deserves a 5 star rating but here's why they're not getting one. They offered me a hand massage while my feet soaked. . . They DID NOT TELL ME THIS WAS GOING TO ADD $20 TO MY PRICE!!!! I was mad but since they don't speak English well, it was impossible to dispute it. read more

As the business grows some of the massage staff seem to have very little training. I won't let any of the new people near my neck as I have been really hurt a few times. Even a foot massage has made me feel worse than before. I think it's time for me to move on. read more

I have given this place my last dollar. I have been a customer for over a year, coming in once or twice a month. I don't mind when people speak in their native language, what I do mind is when I am called fat and hog. The establishment just down from them might be a few dollars higher...but I would rather be treated with respect, than to have someone speak about me as though I don't understand a word they are saying. Cheap is not always best... read more

Excellent massage. Quiet and clean. It's important to know these guys have mastered the art of the hustle and use their lack of English to their advantage. So, if you only want a 45 minute massage, tell them you want 15 minutes then they will think it's their idea that they talked you into 45 minutes and you won't leave feeling scammed. I came in for a 30 minute reflexology and was up-sold to 55 minutes in a way that felt dishonest and uncomfortable. I chose not to tip because I had come in to spend $35 and left spending $60, so the guy "sad puppy faced" me and begged for a tip, which he did not receive. I left feeling bummed because I would like to come back but do not feel welcome or comfortable doing so. read more

Not an enjoyable experience. The masseuse did not listen when I originally told them I would like a 30 minute chair massage. He then kept prying and trying to add more time in attempt to charge more, stopping twice to whisper in my ear and urge me that more time was necessary. He purposely did not complete the shoulder and neck portion of my chair massage in order to leverage more time. Once we moved to another chair he started massaging my arms and asked, "this ok?" After I replied yes, he then quickly said 20 more mins. I had to force myself off the chair and end the session. It was very unprofessional. Not to mention the place carried an immense odor. I would not recommend this place, unless you have no other option. They don't listen to customer requests and are very pushy when it comes to extending time. read more

This is THE best place for foot massage! I am a runner so i go weekly to see Geoff after a long run and i have never been better in regards to being injury free. The massage helps keep my legs and feet super healthy. Not only do i get the best foot rub in town (and i have tried quite a few...) but they are the nicest and most professional folks. Everything is clean and Geoff is waiting with the door open and a big smile. My chair is all cozy and ready for me and i slip off into an hour of bliss while Geoff works his magic on my feet! read more

This place is legit. Today is the second time my bf and I treated ourselves to some foot & neck rubs at Crest Spa, and again, they delivered. They worked out all kinds of knots I didn't even know I had and I feel a lot less tense because of it. I wouldn't go into this experience expecting something similar to the Omni spa...there's no patchouli oil, candles or frills, which is fine by me! I would go into it expecting a deep tissue awesome rub down that leaves you feeling wayyy better than when you arrived. The pressure started out a bit too hard for me, but I asked my masseuse to lighten up and he did. Happy me. read more

The best ever. I've been to 10+ foot spas in Nashville and this one rocks. Ask for Candle or Tom.

I've only been here once, but so far I'm a fan. On the advice of someone who reviewed - I got a 30 minute chair massage for $25 with a $5 tip. The massage therapist was a man, his name is something like "Geoff." It was as advertised by the reviewer - no frills, simple place but excellent deep tissue chair massage that worked on my knots and tension areas of upper back, very good value for the price. I was able to get there early-ish in the morning, it was empty, so I perhaps I got a good therapist. I'll go back and stick to the chair massage. read more

Foot massage was nice, but the body massage was horrible. She was putting extreme amounts of pressure, and after telling her several times that it was too hard and she was hurting me, she laughed, patted me on the back and continued. Felt sore the next day, made me feel worse. read more

I would give a zero star if I could for this massage experience. Today, my mussels were very sore from working out, so I went to this place to get a massage and I had so. However, it was not even a massage! The therapist had no idea about what she was doing, she almost hurt my back and neck. Be careful! Don't hand your body to someone like her! read more

Very clean and quiet space and friendly staff. The prices are reasonable, and I have had two great massages here. Don't be fooled by the look of the place from the outside. It is not a fancy high end spa, but it is just as clean, professional, and relaxing. read more

This place is great! Not only did I have an incredible walk-in table massage for an achy back, but I also mistakenly left my diamond necklace there (a precious anniversary gift from my husband) and it was there waiting for me in safe keeping when I frantically went back. Not impressed at all. Went for a quick foot massage and added on a 10 minute scalp/neck massage. My masseuse's hands smelled heavily of cigarette smoke -- of which he then rubbed all over my face and neck -- disgusting. The foot massage was underwhelming, he seemed to not really have an understanding for the muscles or bone structure. Will not be back. Would not recommend. read more
