The people at this location are always so kind and accommodating. Yesterday, I called within a few minutes of closing asking them if they could get a forgotten-but needed-uniform ready, that one of us would be there in about 3 minutes. One of the worst cleaners I have ever used! Gave them a White dinner jacket & a blue wedding dress. Pointed out some stains when I initially gave them the jacket. When I came to pick them up nothing had been done on the stains. They told me to leave it with them again to Redo. Came back the following day and it was still hanging there with nothing done to it. Not even placed in cellophane. Then they had the nerve to charge us $18 for the 2 items! Never again! read more

I would like to recommend as you need alteration services to use the Crest in Viera instead of the Jordan Blass location. I experienced the seamstress there to be very rude and put up on. I have a degree in fashion design and in the industry for many years. Never have I seen anyone pin pants with safety pins big enough to leave holes. It's hard to get a good seamstress today but Crest is an outstanding cleaner. She certainly does not meet your standards. read more

If you're looking for a cleaner do NOT use Crest Cleaners. We've been using them since we moved here in May. I've taken my kilt there to be cleaned several times. I've always been charged $8.35 to clean it. I dropped it off Tuesday and they never told me there was a price change. When I just went to pick it they charged me over $18. The employee was extremely rude and reeked of cigarette smoke too. I'll be looking for a new cleaner. It's not even a price issue. It's the fact they didn't tell me there was over a 100% increase and then she was extremely rude when I questioned the pricing. read more

We love the service we receive at Crest Cleaners! The ladies are so friendly at the front and I genuinely enjoy it when Jessica and Monica are working! They know me when I come by and are always happy to be of service. My husband even mentioned to me that they fixed a button on one of his dress shirts and I did not even mention it! They pay attention to the small details, and that is why I trust Crest Cleanser. And they are quick too! Can't say enough good things about them. read more

Good dry cleaner and they have a drive thru but they can be a little pricey to clean some items. The staff is friendly and they do get cleaning done pretty quickly. read more

Not using them again...i buy very expensive shirts and the cheap harsh chemicals they use, and lazy smashboards to iron shirts destroys hard to get buttons and irritates me like nothing else on business travel...cannot say how many wasted hours and money on buying shirts while traveling to replace clothes they ruin.... I do have to say that the owner of the company did the right thing by sending me a coupon, extra buttons and offered to clean and re-do the shirts. They have been extra careful and are using a different method on washing my shirts now- what a comeback! read more

Been a customer for several years. Have had minor problems but overall good service. Recently have had increasing problems. After receiving only part of my laundry and issues with what I received, ask to speak with manager. Was told they were not available and would call. Waited a week. No call. Stopped in, still no manager and no call. Now I know why poor service. Will be going elsewhere. read more

Don't take your clothes here! If you want your dry cleaner to follow simple instructions or stand behind their work, this is not the place for you. They ruined my very expensive shirts and blamed me for it!! When I dropped off certain shirts, I specifically asked them to dry clean, not launder the ones I knew would bleed. First 5 times, no problem. Last time, they ignored the request, laundered and ruined them, and when I complained about my ruined shirts, the owner blamed me for the notes in their computer system!!! I didn't put the notes in their computer!! How in the world is this good business??? This happened shortly after they lost my tailored business shirt. Unacceptable, stay away!! read more

DO NOT USE THEM FOR ALTERATIONS!!!! I brought my brand new uniforms there, and the way it was tailored was irreparable and done wrong. I had complete faith in them and blew 164.00 in charges and a uniform that can't be fixed. I have used them in the past for dress shirt finishing, but lately, I have been highly disappointed in the results. I will not wear the shirts, they are so badly wrinkled. The wrinkles are pressed in the front of the shirts badly. I complained about it and they graciously redid the shirts for me and they were somewhat better, but still not wearable. I bought a professional steamer in order to get the wrinkles out that they had pressed in. It took me a tremendous amount of time after I had paid them quite a bit of money for cleaning and pressing my shirts. I think that they feel that they have a monopoly on the shirt finishing business in this area and they can do what they wish, and do not have to worry about what product they produce. DO NOT ENTRUST YOUR DRESS SHIRTS TO THIS COMPANY if you value your clothes and the way that you are presented to yourself and others. I only wish that I could suggest an alternative cleaners, but as of this date, I have found none in this area. But if I have to do my own shirts after they do them, I might as well do them myself anyway. read more
