Jill Overcash in particular is the best physicians I have ever met in any specialty. She is consistently up to date on the latest studies which is less common than you would think. She and the other doctors are very warm and kind towards the children, very evidence-based, and very adaptable to your child and their particular needs. They don't go overboard throwing medicine at your kids, but when they do prescribe something it is very carefully considered and tailored for your child. They did a great job with our kids when they were babies and now that they are 7 and 4 they are adapting to them as they grow up and face different health issues. Our family has been sick a lot each winter and they have always been very helpful. I can't say enough about their practice. The only downside I can come up with is just be on time. They run a tight ship and if you are more than a few minutes late you'll get rescheduled. It's for the collective good but it's frustrating when it happens.
