I certainly wish I could leave 0 stars! I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this pediatric office. The wait times are always excessive, even with an appointment. We've often had to wait over an hour, which is really hard on both my child and me. When we finally do get called in, the appointments feel rushed, and the doctor barely takes the time to listen to my concerns, leaving me feeling dismissed. After one particularly frustrating experience, I left a constructive review, hoping it might encourage the office to improve. Instead, they responded by canceling my upcoming appointment without any explanation or attempt to resolve the issues. Rather than addressing patient concerns, they seem more focused on silencing feedback. Per staff members they were no longer going to offer me any medical care moving forward. Office experience! The customer service of the front desk staff is horrible. I came to pick up simple paperwork that I was called to come pick up, but because it was a few minutes past closing, the lady at the front desk would not give it to me. Wait times are horrible, Dr. Bolaji Odusina makes it impossible to continue as a patient. If they were in top of communication as they are with collecting your co payments they would be half decent. My child appt was 11:30 am was called inside to be seen at 12:30. Spoke with Dr. Odusina about previous FMLA paperwork she refused to ammend paperwork seeming not to understand nor care about the importance of having time and not needing it vs needing the time and not having it... She could care less about the condition... My family has been coming since 2017 referred 4 families in which only 1 and myself remains however, today will be our last day. read more

I've been coming here since I was born. I've been to many doctors as I have health issues and this has been the best. They truly take care of their patients. It is crazy when people complain about the wait, but see that the office is highly busy. This office is constantly busy because they care for their patients and get the job done. If you have only visited the office once and are angry about a minor thing happening that is unacceptable to leave comments about how awful it is. Ridiculous amount of time spent waiting. An pretty sure it is not legal to charge an extra $10 per test for strep or bronchitis or things like that, especially when you have insurance. Might as well take your child to Dollar Tree and get diagnosis from an employee there. Will be following up with BBB as well as insurance company to investigate this. Asked for itemized receipt showing the charge for the tests and of course they couldn't provide it because it wasn't in the system yet! read more

Beyond the fact that the building needs a lot of upgrades, there are concerns with diagnosis and the competency of the staff. It's overly crowded for there to be only one doctor in the building and the assistants and doctor never seem to be on the page...EVER. My biggest gripe of all is that EVERYONE is diagnosed with some form of allergy/Asthma combination. I'm not talking about all of my 3 children alone but I have actually heard her diagnose children in the other rooms with asthma as well. Not sure why she has such an affinity with this diagnosis but it's freighting to think that there's a high chance that children are being misdiagnosed. Worst pediatrician ever. Long story short they misinformed me and told me to bring my daughter in only to tell me they couldn't attend her (she had a fever and had been throwing up) since they were closing in thirty minutes, despite having told me they could literally minutes earlier over the phone. When I spoke to the Dr she was very rude and disrespectful. It is beyond me how a doctor can turn a sick child away. The people in this office are very rude and do not care about children's health, just a paycheck and making sure lights are out on time. I get work life balance more than anyone, but there's gotta be a give and take especially when you're owning up to your mistakes. When I tried to call her to get more antibiotic she told me he did not have strep and that I was lying she even told me to find a other practice which is what I did . Update: I took my daughter to her new pediatrician and they looked at all of the blood tests Suwannee Pediatrics made me take her to get (she just turned 2, they said she had anemia since 10 months old) and her new pediatrician said her iron levels are perfect, and not only does she not have anemia now, but she's never had anemia. I'm assuming they tell parents their children are anemic and make you go in for appointments and blood work every 3 weeks just to bill Medicaid. They are scammers and your child will be the one to suffer the consequences. This should be illegal. My poor baby having to get blood drawn every 3 weeks and take iron supplements up to 3 times a day for no reason whatsoever!!! Absolutely disgusting. Do not go here. I recommend PAL Pediatrics and Gwinnett Pediatrics if you need a pediatrician that accepts Medicaid. Do not settle for a bad pediatrician! Your child deserves better. read more

I switched insurance companies and was unable to continue to see my son's usual pediatrician, this office has actually been more informative and you usually see the same doctors so that's greatly appreciated. It's not a newer facility but I'll take great bedside service than visually appealing (new televisions, new toys, new iPads, and update to date paintings) when it comes to healthcare. Dr. B has been my doctor my entire life (21 years) and shes great! She knows what she is doing and truly cares about my future and how I take care of myself along with my other three brothers. My first impression of the facility was good they had a sick side and a well side which is always great! When you get to the counter it is really high so your trying to communicate with the front desk clerks with difficulty. Then they give you all this paperwork to fill out on paperwork. This was not the issue, when they called us to the back it looked like organized caos. With people running back and forth. They finally put us in our room after weighing and checking my child's height. We were put in a room for about an hour. Finally another cleric comes in with a clip board to ask us more questions ( nothing done electronically) Finally the Dr comes in and apologized for the wait and told us that someone was refusing immunization and that's why she took so long. She asked me a few questions about the children health history. Then we were placed in another waiting area where the Dr stood in the noisy hall way trying to explain prescriptions. I have never experienced anything like this before. This was supposed to be out first visit for us to fill out paperwork and meet the Dr. I was so disappointed and would not recommend this place. read more

I took my two children there today as new patients. Arrived on time, but it took the front desk girl 20 minutes before she even called our name to check us in. She was rude, and seemed like she needed a career change. We eventually met the doctor, but had no idea what to expect because this visit was a "new patient consultation"...I usually just take my kids to there well check visit each year, but in order to be seen for that, you must first make this non-covered visit! My kids are healthy, and by the end of her consultation, I had several prescriptions and an asthma diagnosis, take it or leave it. We carry a high deductible because are kids are healthy, however 2 1/2 hours and $340 later I left feeling annoyed and felt that I had been price gouged. Who charges $170 for an office visit? I like Dr. O, I believe she knows what she's talking about, but the rudeness of the staff...and having to pay up front is less to be desired. Because of the $ invested today, I will return to have their well check visits as they are COVERED items by our insurance plan, but we will be looking for another, kinder place in the future. read more
