Basically, there was a need for them to pick up my Mom at a specific time and bring her to a downtown wine bar to watch my husband's band. At the end of their performance, they would need to return at a specific time, pick her up and bring her home. An additional request was made for the driver to walk with her to the wine bar and to also walk her to her door at the end of the evening. They did this flawlessly. Today's ride was a free ride - one he offered after the first incident that he promised to honor. By 11 I called him. asking where he was... at Shaws waiting for a customer that he'd have to drive home. Note the absence of courtesy phone call-how would I have known that? He thought but wasn't sure if he'd pick me up by 11:15. I decided I couldn't trust him. Both times resulted in me having to drive in and impose on friends to pick up my car later. If you truly need to get to where you need to go call someone else. I'm done and will take my business elsewhere
