After I got change the driver took me back to my destination. He never turned off the meter. So when it was time to pay, I paid the exact amount and said have a nice night. No way I was tipping!!! UPDATE: Someone from management attempted to contact me after I made a post about the incident on a social media site. I never responded to the contact attempt; instead I posted this response: "It's all cool. Nothing needs to be made right. I'm just not interested at this point. What happened, happened; and I had my say. I thank whomever may be trying to reach me. I've simple been disheartened by the whole affair and no longer want to deal with it. Again, I thank the management or whomever may be trying to reach me. I'll probably erase this post in a few min." So COASTAL CAB did attempt to make the situation right. I thought that was pretty cool. So I am editing my review and giving more stars.
